Tractor Supply Co. — Local services in Vernon

I had posted a review awhile ago that was not as great as this one. I have a high expectation when it comes to customer service. In the past several months this store has exceeded any expectations I could possibly have had. Will was the greatest addition this store could’ve sought and if it wasn’t for his supreme customer service skills I probably would not be shopping here any longer. I recently found out he was apart of management. I’ve never seen a manager work as hard as he does. Most managers don’t like to do the hard work such as loading hundreds of pounds of grain into a customers vehicle. Managers generally just as an employee under them to do it. Will never hesitates to help. I can’t rave enough about him. This does not take away from the other great employees I’ve come to know such as sandy and Karen. It’s always a pleasure to go into this store and see these friendly peoples faces. Please don’t let these three workers go anywhere!! If anything promote them and do whatever it takes to keep them happy so they stay. Unfortunately I’ve seen a high turn over rate at this store and I’m hoping that stops and we can keep at least these three people. I’ve spoken to many of the employees in the recent months and for the first time I’ve heard they actually like working there. This is new to hear and I hope to see it stay the same. I ordered a 30 Gallon Trailer Sprayer online for store pick up today, when I arrived they put it in the back of my vehicle. The gentlemen just put the item in my car and walked back in the store without ensuring that my product was the right one or damaged in anyway. When I got home I noticed that they had given me a rusted up trailer sprayer that someone had returned. The trailer sprayer even had water left in it. When I noticed what was given to me, my father came outside and realized that that was his Christmas gift and no longer wanted it or a new one from Tractor Supply. I am not sure how their employees didn’t realize that the invoice showed a $300 dollar product and they brought me out a returned and rusted product. Worst service I have ever received and will no longer purchase products from Tractor Supply in Vernon again. Their supervisor was a nice guy but didn’t offer much help or a decent discount to keep my business. The line here is ridiculous and moves slow as molasses virtually every trip. And I must say, the "horse girl" at the register with the hard core mustache is way too determined to keep customers talking to her as long as possible. It slows the line tremendously. She followed me out of the store one night (I could not get her to stop talking to me), all the way to my truck, nonstop gabbing. Like... don't follow me (felt like harassment, although she was completely unaware of uncomfortable this is for me/customers) and also, I really have to go! I want to get in and get out of here on my way home from work and I am literally never able to do that
