Called Yesterday and it was 03-16-2022 Got a Rep OLIVA I asked if there was Their Brand Bird Seed!! Was put on Hold She never came back!! I called back was told GOT a TAD BUSY and forgot my call!! NOT GOOD SERVICE!! Went down too Store and was approximately 11am No one in store( customers) talked with Susan... Asked same question about their brand Bird Seed!! I checked myself every place they use too have it... When she said well let's look on shelves I told her I DID THIS WHY DO SOMETHING AGAIN??? Did they have any in back?? Outside???? Oh I DON'T THINK SO!! They had KAYS AND UPSCALED PRICES!!! $27.00 $21.00 FOR BAGS THAT WERE UNDER 20POUNDSNAND UNDER!! I was REALLY taken back by the CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE WAY AND IN PERSON!! Have people gotten so out if touch with doing a A JOB ??? Do PEOPLE not REALIZE that without customers??? They wouldn't be working?? So many things in the store not there or The store was dirty??? Dusty NO SANITIZING CLOTH NOT ANY UNRUSTED CARRIAGES!! EVERYTHING HAS CHANGED!! I realize the PANDEMIC HAS PLACES SLAKING?? BUT?? LET'S NOT FORGET what keeps the store in business!!! There use too be A man there MICHAEL he would go out if his way too assist customers and??? Always greeted people asked if they found all they were there for??? Same with a woman " PAT" Both a good customer service talent and SEEMED TOO BE WILLING TOO HELP!!! Read moreI placed an order and received an email stating my order was ready for pick up. Received an email right after that one of the items was cancelled due to them only having a few left in stock. The next day, I drive to the store which is 40 minutes away from me and I receive an email stating my order was cancelled because they could not complete my order. I had received a prior stating that it was ready for pick up.
I called the store and the store associate stated that the order was cancelled because I could only get a limit of 5. Instead of cancelling then entire order, they could have adjusted the order to the correct quantity. I also used an Ace Hardware gift card for the order so the balance should have been credited back within hours which it has yet happened. Contacted customer support and they weren’t much of a help stating that the order was cancelled because the item was out of stock yet I had just got off the phone with the store associate who explained why it was actually cancelled. Read moreVery nice place. I arrived at their store at 7:55 pm. The staff there are very customer-friendly. It's my 1st visit; had a couple of questions on the intended product of purchase : a glue gun ! Though it's 'just that', I came up with quite some queries, as this is my 1st acquisition of such a product ! His answers to all my questions were very informative. After that, I enquired about a few other items vastly unrelated to the gun. He took me all over the store, showing me around, to the locations housing my items. Never mentioning their closing hours ! Inevitably, we shot past 8 pm, & got to know that it's their close of business, only when I asked for their timings !!
So I stuck to my 1st product, the glue gun, thanking them for their time, telling them that I'd return tomorrow for buying the other stuff. Ran into a li'l hitch while happily signing up for their membership card; should get it done on the next visit.
