Underwhelming to say the least. I agree with the other reviewer, this is not really a butcher shop; there is no butcher to really attend to your needs. (I used to work with a butcher when I was younger). They had a pork shoulder in the case, and I asked for a 3lb cut. They said they would not cut any until another 4 days. What? The person in the back who actually cuts the meat acted like they could care less if I was there or not. The prices are not cheap and the selections were underwhelming. The place was not crowded at all, we were the only people in there. The beef they sell does not come in select/choice/prime grades. They told me their beef is better than Prime because it is Certified Angus.I have to say that the beef tenderloin I bought was very good...better than anything I bought at Publix or SAMs. Good enough to go back!
