Sorry first reply was not completed. After choosing the model European topper by Selly the perfect timing Edition Queen was straight hard as a rock 🪨. And this made it quite comfortable even with my bad back getting up and lying down as well . My salesman was Chris who just chilled out and let Melanie handle let's call it the heavy lifting or closing . She closed me on the tremendous value and the great prices on the wall units and the bed units which were located directly to the right along the wall just adjacent to the mangers desk . I was treated like family and the process was painless and fairly quick and quite pleasant I Must say. Condos let's say 2 Melanie instead of cudos cuz if I had 1 I would definitely furnish all my bedrooms at Mattress Firm on 21st Street in Vero Beach Florida. The young lady Melanie made me feel so good about the deal I definitely felt it necessary to share with friends and family that the deals on bedding are definitely hotter than July here at Mattress Firm , and shopping here u will not leave any money on the table . Win u leave u don't have 2 ever worry about that feeling that feels like I wonder if I payed 2 much did I leave any money on the table in this deal . No worries they go over all the figures with u in a very professional way b 4 u leave . Lastly u know it's a good deal win they will even sell the the floor model 2 u after they suggest u buy a brand new 1 instead of purchasing the pre- owned 1 right off the floor . Ok well it's obvious where I shop 4 my bedding so perhaps I will see u there , and I wish u financial blessings and success 4 the remainder of 2024 and into 2025 . Bought mattress close to 2 yrs ago. (Queen/ Sealey Hybrid model.) Im dealing w/a back problem for over 25 yrs now, my reason for spending that much $$....for health & wellbeing, I hoped for! I "turn" the bed about every 30 days as instructed. One whole side is bulging/ bubbling out! PLUS I am always feeling "lumps" in the middle where I lay! Im not a "Princess" , so I shouldn't be feeling peas!!! Ha! I recently went to the store I purchased it from. Told store mgr (?) what was happening (same guy/same sales person ), plus told him I was shocked to hear, that I paid $1,000 for a PREVIOUSLY OWNED mattress! NONE of that was divulged at the time of purchase! I was told it had to be "disinfected bcz it was a floor model & it was the last of this model" Again I couldn't get a straight answer! Or anything that I wouldn't have to pay more $$...! He "offered" to sell me another bed, possibly "at store cost"! Seriously! ? These beds usually have atleast a 10 yr warranty!!! Its 2 yrs & its ALREADY literally falling apart!!! OK.....ANY SUGGESTIONS? I am not asking for my $$ back. ...just a good quality mattress I can...
