I came in to purchase some Pandora charms, for my mom, as a Mother's Day gift. While I was there I brought my Pandora charm bracelet and my daughters two Pandora bracelets to have cleaned. I purchased several charms for my mother that day, and they wrapped them beautifully. As most people know Pandora bracelets get very dirty very fast, even when you keep them in a special pouch. When I came back I was given only two of my three bracelets. I told them that I had left three bracelets to have cleaned not two. They asked me if I was sure. I assured them that I was 100% positive that I did in fact bring three bracelets. They went back in the back and checked, while they were doing that I went out to my car, they had made me think it was my mistake. I cleaned my car out thoroughly, I called my daughter to make sure that she had indeed give me both of her bracelets. At this point I was slightly freaking out, I have not only silver charms but a few gold charms on my bracelet. I guesstimated that the bracelet was well worth $800-$1000. I went back inside and assured them again, that I had dropped off three bracelets and I had not left anything in my car. I asked him if there was a possibility they could review the tape, I would think that they had cameras going 24/7. They told me all they had were two bracelets, they gave me my two bracelets and basically told me to leave. At this point I felt very foolish and I felt like I was at fault. I was very embarrassed. There were other customers in the store and they were all staring at me. I left my name and phone number hoping that they would find my missing bracelet. About two hours later they gave me a call, they had found my missing bracelet, apparently the person who was cleaning it put it in a different solution and they normally use, and that person was out to lunch when I came back to pick up the bracelets. I was very happy, I went back to the store. When I arrived there they handed me my bracelet, there was no apologizing, nothing. They still acted like the whole thing was my fault. I have purchased many Pandora charms since this incident. But not one of them was from Leigh jewelers. I will not patronize that store again, not only did they misplace a piece of my jewelry, then accuse me of not even dropping it off to them, they made me feel foolish. A very...
   Read moreI cannot recommend Leigh for Rolex servicing. I was told there was a jeweler on site able to service my Rolex Submariner. The charge was more than a Chicago AD quoted, (4 figures) but I decided to trust Leigh with servicing my watch. After my watch was serviced and returned, I experienced intermittent difficulty pulling the crown all the way out. I returned the watch for warranty work to fix this problem three times, and was told there was no problem pulling out the Crown. That was not the case. A few months ago I couldn't pull the crown out at all. I took it to a my Rolex AD. After a brief look, I was given a note which said "Set lever is slipping. Needs another service". The Leigh repair warranty has expired.
It is disappointing that a Vero Beach jeweler with an excellent reputation that Leigh seems to have, would not respond to my satisfaction.
UPDATE 4/16/2025 Suzanne.Leigh responded to my review, inviting me to come in to discuss this. The end result was she graciously offered to send my Rolex to AD Rolex for complete overhaul at no charge. The watch returned to me looking like a brand new watch. Thanks...

The sales woman looked me in the eye and lied and said they haven’t had any in months.....so I absorbed her lie and asked to be put on “the list” she looked me in the face and assured me that when one came in that she would call me. Little do they know that another acquaintance of mine was called when one came in and purchased a watch. When I found out about this I called acting like I didn’t know anything and asked if they had received any new sports models in....she lied to me and said no. This place is GARBAGE!!!!!
