Before coming across Berman, we had planned to extend our contract with one of the larger security companies since our house already had an existing alarm system. However, when Rob Berman visited to plan out our wifi system, we discussed security and it became clear that he was extremely knowledgeable about the intricacies of security. He pointed out several major flaws in our existing system, which made it easy for someone to enter our home undetected.

Rob took us on a walkthrough of our house to assess the requirements for installing a new system. Later that evening, we received a quote which we accepted immediately. The installation team was professional, detail-oriented, and kept us informed throughout the installation process. Rob made multiple visits to ensure everything was going smoothly and even took the time on a Saturday morning to walk us through every aspect of the system.

When we decided to include a sound system upgrade as part of a kitchen renovation, we knew that the only team to call was the team from Berman. They did an excellent job for us a few years ago installing a new tv and soundbar system when we turned a formal living room into a family room...and it was a challenging installation because of the location of the tv. So there was no question that we'd be calling on Berman again to help with the sound system upgrade (3 rooms and outside) and to upgrade the tv and soundbar in a home office. The Berman team is knowledgeable and fantastic to work with. They even took the time to look at and install a new doorbell when I mentioned that mine had quit working a couple of days before they came. They were mindful of the schedule given that we had a bunch of other work going on, and worked around our contractor. When the need arises, we'll definitely work with Berman Home Systems again, and I'll continue to recommend them to my interior...

Our experience with Berman Home Systems was excellent from start to finish. The initial consultation with Rob was so helpful and the design of the system was exactly what we needed. The installation crew arrived when stated, were neat, courteous and professional. They modified some items on the spot and answered any questions that we had. One of the most important aspects was the walk through of the new system with Rob. He explained how everything worked, showed us how to navigate the Alarm.com system and pointed out all its features and together we determined which ones were most applicable and beneficial for us.
