Anthony Robert Salon — Local services in Verona

Well I just moved to the Verona area, my husband and I arrived this past sunday, and things are such a jumbled mess that I'm not really sure of all of my surroundings. i'm aware maybe i should be, but after moving hopefully someone can understand. Anyway, i'm in a completely new state and i don't know a soul, and thought i could use a new summer hair style to just help me feel better. my phone located anthony roberts salon, and i called it. i'm not sure who i talked to, as i don't know anyone at the salon, nor do i know which stylist/s to ask for. i moved from utah and gave him my number, but he put me right on the spot when he asked where i was living. my brain went completely blank, i didn't mean for it to, but it did.. nor did i have a credit card number available to reserve my spot for a simple haircut. anyway, after being yelled at for wasting his time i don't think i can ever call again. i didn't expect to be treated that way. i just thought doing something to treat myself after a sudden move because my husband changed jobs wasn't going to be a huge deal. i understand that it is a busy salon, but i was serious about wanting a haircut. i've never had to ask for a type of stylist before.

i'm sure the place must be nice. hopefully the people are friendly, but the person i spoke to on the phone treated me horribly and actually yelled at me. i'm sorry i didn't have answers to your many questions, i was put on the spot and didn't know what to say.

so no, i will never go to this salon. i think maybe when i get a chance i can hit the city and find a nice place that doesn't treat me like crap because i don't have a new jersey...

I have been consistently happy with my cuts and experiences at this salon. Kristen does a great job and she remembered me and my hair after only two visits. All the other staff are also very friendly and welcoming. I have been there at least 6 times now. Unlike some other reviewers, I have never seen anyone act rudely, I have never had to park farther than the parking lot, I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes for a scheduled appointment, and I have never been asked for a credit card to reserve an appointment. Great place and amazing atmosphere. Every single stylist are a Master at their craft. Anthony is the real deal when it comes to cutting hair. My hair is very hard to cut no one knows how to style it. Anthony is the only one i can truly say that he knows how to perfectly cut and style my hair.
