Worst store in the chain lol, overpriced, half of the employees treat you like trash, love that i paid 5 bucks almost for a 2 dollar drip tip and had to wait almost 10 minutes for a conversation after the fact of my coming in just to even get service over a conversation about a prospect employee that didnt show up to get paperwork and two other customers. Nevermind i asked about a job since they're obviously hiring apparently and got told they arent cause they'd rather hire an ex coworker of mine cause its a female. Then to pay for my item on a matter of trust because that individual is supposed to be a vape expert i was told and after the fact be told it doesnt fit right be careful with it? Ill make sure to recommend literally everyone i know to a different store.

I still shop here for hard to find items, like pipes; however, the pricing is not very competitive under the new owners. The skinny blond that waited on me the last time I was there was very rude about accepting them; even though, I arrived early when there were no customers. When I do use the coupons, I always insist that other customers come first, and l wait patiently until noone is at the counter. Honestly just had the worst experience ever. Your employee acts terribly and treat customers very rudely. This employee has a had multiple complaints before my experience and I did go and ask several competing businesses about how this organization is run. I am a LOCAL general manager and never in my life have I dealt with anyone as vile as this. She is childish, petty, disrespectful and needs to take accountability for her...
