I hatttte working out. I can’t get the “workout bug” no matter how hard I try. However, Keith (my coach) change this perception for me by letting me know I should just focus on getting some movement each day and collecting data (stepping on a scale to track my progress).
By focusing on the little steps v. jumping directly into the deep-end, it made me feel comfortable to push the boundaries of my fitness and really help me understand how to identify non-scale wins.
Now being down 30lbs, having more confidence, and a work-out routine custom fit for me, i truly understand the benefits of hiring a fitness coach v. a fitness trainer.
