Every so often, we stumble upon a dining experience that not only delights the senses but also evokes a profound sense of nostalgia. My recent visit to Naan Hut restaurant and bakery in Los Angeles was precisely one such occasion. This establishment provided a gastronomic journey that transcended the boundaries of time and space, leaving an indelible impression. The star of my meal was undoubtedly the Kale Pache. This traditional Iranian dish, renowned for its complex flavors and meticulous preparation, was served with utmost authenticity at Naan Hut. The broth was rich, the meat tender, and the aroma simply irresistible. Each spoonful was a delightful surprise, bringing back fond memories while simultaneously igniting a newfound appreciation for this timeless dish. A noteworthy mention must be made of the Sangak bread that accompanied our meal. Fresh from the bakery, the Sangak was the epitome of perfection—crusty on the outside, soft within, and with a distinct, earthy flavor that can only be achieved in a traditional stone oven. The bread, in combination with the Kale Pache, created a harmonious symphony of flavors that was nothing short of remarkable. Yet, the magic of Naan Hut extends beyond its exceptional cuisine. The restaurant itself exudes a warm, cozy atmosphere that contributes to the nostalgic ambiance. The decor, while simple, is tasteful and evokes a sense of cultural heritage. This attention to detail contributes significantly to the overall dining experience. Another delightful aspect of my visit was the commendable service. The staff at Naan Hut were not only friendly and efficient but also seemed genuinely passionate about their roles. Their attentiveness and care went a long way in making our dining experience enjoyable and memorable. In terms of cleanliness, Naan Hut scored high marks. Every corner of the restaurant was well-maintained, and the restrooms were notably clean and hygienic. This commitment to cleanliness adds significantly to the comfort and pleasure of dining at Naan Hut. Furthermore, considering the quality of the food and the overall dining experience, the prices at Naan Hut were remarkably reasonable. This establishment provides an incredible balance of cost and quality, further enhancing its appeal. In conclusion, Naan Hut is an establishment that beautifully blends culinary expertise with a nostalgic ambiance, resulting in an enchanting dining experience. Whether you're seeking comfort food, wish to revisit cherished memories, or simply enjoy well-made Iranian cuisine, Naan Hut is a must-visit destination in Los Angeles.

Have visited several times and tried many things. Food is always solid, they have the best Sangak bread in LA. Haleem, Kalle pache, Koobideh, Persian Omelette, all great. The owner is not that friendly. I had a service dog with me but I wanted to sit outside… the owner made a comment randomly that dogs arent allowed inside without asking if he is a pet or service animal. I didnt respond or mention anything because I was sitting outside… but he looked grumpy. The lady at the cashier was super annoyed by life and rude. Multiple times me, and both my friends separately interacted with her and she just gave us a bad look, never responded to me or them saying “thank you”. I understand they might be tired or underpaid or hate their job, but I think maybe being nice to those who thank you might make your life a bit easier. Anyways, I dont recommend dining in and paying tip. We did… but wont in future. Take out and enjoy the food minus the attitude 😀

Naan Hut is one of the many Persian restaurants you'll find in West LA. They bake fresh sangak bread daily with their oven - their sangak is chewy and fragrant. They have grocery staples and packed ready-to-heat entrees that make for quick weeknight meals. The hospitality is so open and welcoming. The owner even made off-menu drink (fresh mint tea + cardamom sugar) for my friend. It's been one of my favorite spots in the area to walk and enjoy a delicious dinner. There's various parking options: street park, nearby lot, neighborhood. There is no public restroom, just FYI. For the food: Delicious and flavorful with herbs. Love that the ingredients shine through and not overly salty! What we ordered: - Ash'e Reshteh (my favorite dish) - Beef Koobideh Kabob - Gormeh Sabzi Stew - Sangak Bread (must have)

DO NOT go to this place unless you are dying to eat kalle pache. Don't even think about trying halim!!! We went there on Sunday around 11:30 to get halim & kale pache. I noticed several issues and that's why I probably won't go back and will not recommend this place to anyone. After we ordered the lady brought just one of our foods; she didn't bring the rest after a while and offered to take the halim and bring it when all of orders are ready. Finally we got our food but I was very disappointed; halim was cold and seemed to be not fresh!!! There so many big lumps in the halim which means it has been cooked before and been warmed up and served to us and we paid $8.99 for that terrible halim!!!! The tea is $2.99 and you'll get a cup (disposable paper) of hot water and a tea bag with rock candy!! Seriously?! Are you f.... kidding me?! I paid $2.99 and you don't even brew the tea or at least serve it in a decent cup. We were 4 and the lady who is by the way cashier/waitress/cook at the same time, brought us just one basket of bread and took her 15 minutes to bring more bread after we asked her several times. By the time we got second bread kalle pache was already cold. We had to remind her to bring our tea as well because she had forgotten about it. The other issue was that we had to pay when we ordered and had to tip as well. But we didn't know what kind of service we'll be getting so we didn't know how much to tip. How would you expect people to tip you before providing any services? Other costumers were not happy, it seemed they had the same...

I don’t recommend here as the customer service is not good. Here is the issue A food plate includes 2 Koobideh Kebab and a rice portion is $13. It’s fine. But if you order a single Koobideh Kebab it costs you $6 (I didn’t know that). I ordered an extra Koobideh on top my 3 plates. Then I found I’ve been charged $6 which doesn’t make sense. So I asked to replace my extra Kebab to a plate (it means deduct $6 for extra Koobideh and serve us a plate including 2 Koobideh with rice for $13). What they did was unbelievable. They did my plate like below 1 extra Koobideh $6 1 extra Koobideh $6 (total of 2 Koobideh and $12) One rice portion $4 One salad which coming with the plate $4 However they gave me a plate but by selling item by item to make it from $13 for a plate to $20 Technically they gave me that plate but they went through one by one ‘as adding’ to make it $20. It was unbelievable. No water also as everywhere you get free water No restroom. (Actually there is a restroom but it’s for employees and it’s over the kitchen, you have to pass the kitchen is they allow you to use the restroom). I don’t know about Santa Monica if it’s legal to have a restaurant without restroom or not. In the city where I’m from, it’s absolutely illegal. I don’t...
