Subject: Complaint Regarding Unwarranted Remarks and Poor Customer Service Experience Dear Customer Service Manager, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent experience I had at your store on May 13, 2025. I purchased several items from a BELK store and later returned to exchange them for the correct size, specifically in petite. While I understand that your return policy typically requires returns to be made within 30 days, I would like to note that the items were still in their original condition – in the bag with all receipts and tags intact. Unfortunately, when I approached the omni-lead (CLINESTEEN) to process the return, I was informed that the return would not be accepted. The omni-lead (CLINESTEEN)made some unwarranted and inappropriate remarks, which I found to be unprofessional and discourteous. I requested at least a store credit for the items, but my request was refused without reasonable explanation or attempt to find a satisfactory resolution. I understand the importance of return policies, but given the condition of the items, the presence of receipts, and the tags still attached, I believe this situation could have been handled with more flexibility and professionalism. As a customer, I felt dismissed and unvalued by the service I received, which is deeply disappointing. I kindly request that you look into this incident and consider offering a resolution, whether that be processing a return, providing store credit, or another fair alternative. Looked my way....no hello....no may i help you...even though i stopped near them to get my bearings as to which way to go...nothing, just continued with their conversation. Finally found the mens neckties. I small round table in the corner with literally 7 neckties haphazardly scattered on top. . . No plain navy blue. Upon existing the store passed the same 2 employees standing in the same place still talking...no goodbye. Thank you....
