Went in to spend a few hundred dollars on cookware and after thirty minutes of shopping walked out without a single item. It certainly wasn't because I didn't find what I wanted but because I couldn't find any prices on any of the items that were displayed. NOT ON A SINGLE ITEM. Read moreIn the middle of the transaction, their POS shuts down and the cashier simply says “ooh you’re going to wait for a long time.” It ended up being true, we’ve been here for almost 40 mins just standing while the other are getting checked out. Not one manager came to check up on the situation and the employees did not even seem apologetic about it. It is really inconsiderate of them to make us wait like this when it is not our fault if their computer shuts down. Mind you, I have a 2 year old toddler and other places we have to go to. Pennys has been so good to me when I take a purse back as long as I get one that’s the same brand and price. We don’t live in Victoria so it’s hard to return the purse.
