Found an item that was posted 50% off...went to check out and was told no it doesn't include this item. I didn't want to hold the line up being there were at least 8 customers behind me AND 8 more in the ONLY other register open! I paid for my items, in which I had to explain to the cashier that my other item of 34.99 at 50% off was NOT $28. SO, needless to say I had to wait for a manager to come do the necessary changes. Paid, went to reaffirm myself on the other item. Found I was right. Found 2 employees upon which both were discussing that it's past 2 hours for him to be off, etc etc....in which I did not care to hear your store problems.....very unprofessional. I finally had to interrupt, I was standing between the 2 the entire time in the aisle discussion ! Asked her to come look at the sale sign and sure enough it states 50% off! Her response, "oh no those are not included". I say , "your sign is posted with the lamps and is "MISLEADING "!! Her smart remark was, "I'll let corporate know" and then walked away talking on her walkie talkie. I cannot imagine treating my customers this way...yes, I am a business owner!! Also, your store is known to be a "Christian" store. I'm just asking is this really CHRISTIAN LIKE in your eyes? Christian or not --- it's not customer like that's a for sure!! Yep, it's me again, Margaret! Lol, of course, if you're not my age, then you're clueless! The Rona reared its nasty head in my house, imagine that! Called to see if they had the smaller bottle of pour on Ivermectin and the price, put me in hold for a couple of minutes, and came back with the unfo. Such a pleasant young lady. Went to pick it up, and of course, they had their Halloween decorations out. Now that has got to stop! I can't go pick up meds and have to pass all of that cute stuff and not buy something. Today while shopping with my toddler, he announced he needed to use the potty during my transaction at Hobby Lobby's checkout. I made my purchase, and proceeded to turn back around to head toward the restrooms. An employee stopped me and informed me that if I was going back into the store I would need to leave my bag at the front desk. I told her I thought that was offensive, and she told me it was "company policy". I didn't have time to argue, so I left my bag and took my son to the restrooms.
