Sleep Number — Hotel in Victoria

The store itself has nice helpful employees, they have this fancy device that give you your sleep number. Everything was good until a few days of sleeping on the bed. It was about a month of really uncomfortable sleeping, tossing and turning and eventually having to just sleep in the guest room. Sleep number tried to make it better but it was like sleeping on an air mattress and I just couldn’t handle the sleepless nights or the back pain it caused me. We visited the Victoria Sleep Number store on Tuesday, Feb 4. The store was very clean and neat. The sheets we wanted were in stock. LaToya was very nice and knowledgeable about Sleep Number products. She guided us through our purchases and checked us out, even updating our personal info, in a very timely manner. A very pleasant experience. Need to advertise at least monthly in the local newspaper so people know they don’t have to go to Houston or San Antonionor make purchases on line.
