Taco Bell — Restaurant in Victoria

We were the only customers. We ordered no tomatoes and no sour cream on everything, and it came on everything despite the screen and receipt being correct. They forgot two of our cheesy potato burritos, so we went inside with the receipt just to get them (very politely because we know how awful some customers can be.) But they gave us potato grillers instead, which were very small and falling apart. We should've checked more thoroughly instead of thinking they'd get it right the second time. But honestly, the shift manager or whoever in charge at the time was dancing around, so if he misses the only customers getting the wrong food two times who's to say he wouldn't miss them spitting in our food. But hey, they got the drink right. We've had amazing service many times at the East Colorado location so we'll just continue...

The only reason i am giving yall 2 *'s instead of 5 is because the cashier out of all workers there was nice enough to get my order instead of making me rely on your system in the front. But your two cooks (1 Hispanic, 1 Black Boy) was not paying attention to what i had ordered for my customer and had almost had me leave without half of their food. And also when the screen specifically said To Go they put it all for Here and got mad because they had to make corrections. Then to top it all off when i asked the Hispanic boy for a plastic bag he hurried up and said we dont have any, threw the food on the counter, and walked off. Only to go back to being to his Black coworker so that he could talk bad about me and other customers in the store! They were extremely unprofessional and i will be taking my...

Went there today and got a number 8 and a number 10 along with the cheezy fries.

We were the only ones there, so food didn't take long to get to us. We went straight home, which is only about .5 miles away. Brought the food in and sat down. The tacos were so soggy that when you picked them up they fell apart. It feels as if it's been sitting out all day.

The only thing that tasted good was the mountain dew and the cheese fries.

Wouldn't have been as much of an issue if it was a one time thing. But, everytime we go, the food is cold, soggy and the service sucks

So, here's hoping we don't get food poisoning
