Redrum Smoke & Vape — Local services in Victoria

I’ve bought two different devices from there. The first one never worked the lite would only turn pink and they no longer sold that brand so I was out.? So I went with something I thought was going to last a Wulf unit that I used for one day and lived it! Charged it as instructed and then the light would blink and that was it! So I took it back to Redrum and the man working was very rude and tried to tell me that he could see corrosion like you would see on a car battery. At this point I felt like I was being accused of luring and got my things and proceeded to leave as then he was being loud in front of other customers saying “everything is cheaper online!” I called the manufacturer and sent it in and they have no idea what the man was talking about and sent me a new one! I can’t go to a place that won’t back there product so I’m out! Thanks but from now on I’ll order...

I've been to this shop a few times, I love the staff here, they are knowledgeable and very helpful. The prices on the products they sell are quite expensive for my tastes.

I bought a vaporizer which I over paid slightly for, which is fine if I like a place. But then I was looking for another vape to add to my collection and other products, and the mark up in this shop is just way to much for me to afford.

Guess I'll be stuck ordering online still for a good while. Most smoke shops in Victoria are...

I come here often and I love their products! I highly recommend coming here if you haven’t. Their staff is absolutely awesome! Super friendly every time I come in. I went in today and tried a new product (my normal product was no longer in stock) so I asked the wonderful lady what I should try and I took her recommendation and the product was even BETTER than the ones I was using before.
