Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Victoria

Had a great experience at this location about a couple of weeks ago but yesterday my husband picked up a pizza he wasn’t impressed with the look and when telling the cashier this he said they probably just put too much cheese on it. When he got home I saw that it was clearly re-toasted (I manage a pizzeria for seven years it was either re-toasted or pushed back too long) the very little cheese that was on there was burnt and tasted like cardboard it was so bad you couldn’t taste any seasoning on the cheese bread side. When calling I spoke to two different people claiming to be the manager. One said that the pizza would be compensated but then I was transferred to someone else and said that I had to bring in a $6 pizza that some night when we live an hour away. Drove up to the window ordered 5 hot and ready to go, 3 with pepperoni and 2 with cheese.. the order taker kept trying to up sell so much so that he tried to sell me 7.99 pizza when all I wanted was what I ordered, he even charged me $10.00 more than what the total cost should have been. I said, "Why the difference?" He said you're getting the extra pepperoni.. I said, "Did I ask for that?? This location is very convenient as it’s close to our home. Every time I have ordered and gone to pick it up I am blessed by the angel at the window! The gentlemen, who I can only assume is the manager, is one of the kindest and loveliest souls you will ever meet! The food is delicious, hot and fresh! I ran pizza restaurants for over a decade.
