This place has honestly gone down hill, well as far as drive thru service goes for sure. I used to love coming here. Hands down the best carne guisada and they have never been stingy with portions especially because they charge you nearly $7 for a taco and nearly six for any other breakfast taco. I stopped getting the carne guisada bc I noticed they were smaller, but not only that they started serving mostly gravy and only a bit of meat causing a huge mess and soggy taco. Iāll still get the breakfast tacos from time to time honestly just for convenience because it is by my job but even then theyāve started making smaller tacos and charge you nearly $6 for a 3 item taco. I also notice different days and depending who runs you up they charge different prices . Sometimes they charge you everything a la carte and sometimes they bundle. Itās very frustrating. I understand inflation and how all businesses are struggling, but this establishment has started raising prices and skimping on drive through items. As well as finding creative ways to get more out of the customer for less. Now I have never dined in so I canāt say what service is inside. As far as drive through I feel they have stopped caring and arenāt always to pleasant. They tend to have attitudes. I donāt usually complain, but today when I paid nearly $10 for a simple oatmeal and drink I was very disappointed to get to work, and see that I received literally a cup of water . Idk if they ran out of oats and tried to skimp but what I had was not oatmeal. I called up and tried to explain how frustrating service has been yet I try to continue to support business. They said āwell next time we can just get you another oatmeal.ā I donāt want free food I want to address the drive thru service thatās declining and how you intend to correct itā¦..She asked me to bring it back which I explained I can send a photo to you as Iām at work and itās a huge inconvenience to continue to bring things back and honestly I prefer a refund. She didnāt even let me finish my sentence and she cut me off and said bring it back and weāll give you a refund. I left work to take it backā¦I get to the window, and they have the NERVE to have an attitude for THEIR error. No apology. Didnāt speak to me ā¦anything she took the oatmeal, closed the window, opened it back up gave me my money and closed the window. I donāt understand how you give less than satisfactory service and have the audacity to give the customer an attitude. Get...

We had the Mi Casita appetizer and it was perfect a good array of your favorites (3 beef fajita quesadillas that were perfectly cheesy).
We had the Pastor plate, chicken fajita tacos (THREE!!!!). Theyāre huge - more like a burrito! So verify how hungry you are. My son ate two but it was hard to finish! Theyāre stuffed FULL of meat and weāre very scrumptious- esp with the green sauce! I had the a street tacos with Pastor - they were perfect with the mix of corn tortillas, cilantro, slightly grilled onions and of course the pastor.
The kids plates were all huge if you have toddlers they can share a plate. All worth it if we go back through Victoria this is on our list of restaurants...

Youād grow quick here since we lack an authentic taco house & Baytown is growing each year with new businesses that donāt include a Taqueria or refresqueria. Also, the gringos LOVE MEXICAN FOOD because they obsess over TexMex here so imagine what a place like this...
