My soon to be husband and I went to every store that sold jewelry in the mall and Regal was where we found the engagement ring and wedding band we loved! Julian helped us as soon as we walked into the door! He was extremely patient and kind. I tried on so many rings and he was more than happy to assist us. Julian took his great customer service one step further when we told him we were moving and would not be able to pick up the rings. Julian came up with a plan to ship us my rings before our wedding which was the following week. I got multiple updates as my rings were being customized. Julian made this process so easy and truly enjoyable with his professionalism and kind spirt. It is so hard to come across people these days who truly care about customer service. Sam did an incredible service for me and my wife. Not only were they able to repair my wife’s favorite necklace, but they polished it and repaired some of the other golden beads on it. This necklace means more to us than the dollar value ever could. They took such good care of the necklace, it looks amazing, and the service is second to none. By far the best experience I’ve had with a professional jeweler ever. I highly recommend Regal for all your jewelry and precious metal needs. They will exceed your expectations.
