This place is incredible. It is a small facility but what it lacks in size really it compliments the learning environment with quality. I heard about this place from a friend, I never heard about U.S Colleges before. I got the admissions number and called Danielle about their Phlebotomy Program they offered. She ask me to come in and to a quick little tour. Walking through the door I was greeted and offered assistance from Jasmine at the front desk. She's was very helpful, polite, and told me about the other brochures they had as well as I was waiting. Danielle made the enrollment process sooooo simple and I mean super easy from Program requirements, outline of program, and they offered payment plan and just $80 to start the class. Yea Danielle was awesome. Classroom is phenomenal because it's a smaller group so our instructor Brittany is able to gives us more of almost a one on one lesson approach with our group. Brittany is amazing too. She makes the lessons easy to remember and you can retain the lessons like you always knew it already. I take the weekend classes, and If you miss a day like me you gotta make up for the hours you miss. I went during the weekday and had Mr. PAUL'S Phlebotomy class. Paul is so cool. He engages with his class effortlessly and they were answering all the questions super fast with confidence. He's like a teaching guru for phlebotomy. Laboratory room is great and very powerful existence here. It helps the students get the best practice to be in the Healthcare field. These guys are really patient with us when we forget a step or more and just really great environment to learn in. I think this place is remarkable for the things they do for us to succeed to become what we aim to be. Yea that's my honest opinion since enrolling and coming to class and doing Lab practices. It's a great choice to come here. Low cost, Quality Learning, Great Results, and you'll come out a Winner unless you're lazy. I recommend this one if yall thinking about considering to come. I didn't regret my choice, yall won't either. NHA exams are taken here too. The only thing is why isn't this place more known. It's a great place and underrated. Remarkable staff...
Read moreMy daughter signed up there because she wanted to take a phlebotomy course Tom a school that DID NOT require Covid vaccines to attend. She lives 5 hrs away and explained her living situation to the administrators. She was promised that she could successfully complete the program and that they WOULD be able to find her an externship closest to where we live for her to do so. Upon attending, after 2 weeks, the administrators were “unavailable “ most of the time to assist her, told her SHE had to do the “homework” to find the facility for her externship close to home. After telling her she could complete all her draws using friends and family and peers of the school, when she attempted to do so, that told her she could not use the same people for her draws. That pushed her back several weeks. Then they told her they were unable to find her a facility for externship within a reasonable distance from where she lived. She ended up having to move back home to go back to work in hopes to return in the spring with a better plan of how to complete the program. Since, no one has reached out or returned emails or phone calls to help her, EXCEPT a PEDRO SANTANA who verbally attacked her about how / when her payment for tuition would be paid. Telling her she needed to “seperate her personal life from her finances “ (she was out on workers comp at the time for her job) and had already spoken with him a few days before regarding when payment would be available. I called Pedro and told him how unprofessional he had spoken to her, which he proceeded to tell me that I should be trying to help her. I asked for a supervisor, which he REFUSED to forward me to. I explained how the school had not fulfilled their end of what they originally had stated they would, and how she is trying to manage so that she could return. Pedro kept being rude and condescending. I got nowhere with him. This school seems to be all about the money- not about the success of their students. It is a financial institution more...
Read moreThey were in such a hurry, to take my money because I paid cash. The agreement was for them to help me find a job. After I graduated they don't know me. They assured me that they would help me find a job. They've only sent me out on three jobs and the physicians were not even what I took schooling for. I graduated the top of my class as a medical assistant. After putting out all that money, you think they'd be happy to help you. They tell me to have patience, it may take over a year to get a job. They sure didn't tell me that when I paid for the class. If they do send you out on a job interview. It will cost you around $120 for your background check on every job interview they send you to. I wrote this message on behalf of the problems my wife had with the school. Well I talked to someone the other day. My wife had an appointment today. They had her call Lady what was going to get her job interviews. She just gave her another computer link. The guy I talked to at the office today sounded more like a used car salesman and then someone would help. I was very upset when I seen my wife cry today. All my wife wants to do is work. The school...
