Stater Bros. Markets — Local services in Victorville

Yeah that Stater Brothers has a bit of a problem with the butcher section the Man Behind the Counter with cleaning up I mean it was 9:30 p.m. and wanted him to cut a roast into steaks you know just one cut down the middle and season it with Malibu seasoning but he said that all the machines were put away and cleaned and I thought a knife was not too hard to read clean anyway I did not get to buy the nice piece of roast for 399 lb because they didn't have a knife to put another piece I wanted to like $30 worth and the two pieces I found were really good they had great marbling and looks like two pieces of filet. A lot of items seem to be missing in the store compared to the 395 or the p h e a l a n.. store. I got some things from the markdown rack and was charged full price. A lot of the soft drink and juice aisles were not restocked and the d e l i counter was abandoned. How long do they need to keep those pieces of chicken and? Hot items in the lights getting turned into jerky. Decided to just walk out which rose some scrutiny from the security guard and an employee who followed me to my car to retrieve my electric cart that I used. Oh yeah and the restroom is out of toilet paper. Did not make it to 395 in time so did not...

This is a well-stocked stater Brothers They had everything I needed in stock. And their meat counter is excellent. Even if it's an item that's in their ready to go area or pre-wrapped I should say you can ask them and they will help you find it if you can't locate it there and they will even open up a package and repackage it or tenderize it for you and repackage it. I like that they always have the one brand of cat litter that seems to be out at every other store I think they have their ordering down better than other stores do. Also it would be nice if the locations would carry the Purina naturals original in the medium size bag also besides just the small or just the large. The only downside and this is at all stater Brothers not just this location is that there are two types of yogurt that I enjoy and they do not have the same sizes available at all the stores, Naked God's Greek Honey Vanilla yogurt and Oiko's Greek vanilla yogurt. I like the 32 oz to 48 oz containers. I also wish all the stores carried the international delight iced Mocha Zero Sugar added in the half gallon size. 10.25.20 Update Very disappointed today with the customer service received today! I had to return defective coffee pods and the Asst. Manager? Refused to return my receipt. When I said to cross off and initial the item returned, he said they don't do it that way. I said that I had $70 worth of items on that receipt and I needed it back. He asked me to wait off to the side and yelled for someone to make me a copy. When he was done with the customer after me he walked away and said nothing. I stood there for over 15 minutes waiting for a copy, while 5 employees were standing there doing nothing. I started complaining about how long does it take to make a copy. I even had a conversation with one of the checkers about how easy it is to write down the numbers off the receipt to reprint it and the defective pods. When the lady came back she apologized for the wait, and gave me back my original receipt with the item circled and wrote returned. That man was rude, unprofessional, and obviously does not care about...
