Ridiculous. I was told my meal was $11 and some change through the drive thru. I received the food I ordered. I eat some of the food, it was gross and luke warm. The next day, I'm scrolling through my bank account and see a pending charge at this restuarant for 37 and some change. I find my receipt and see that I was infact charged for that amount.
I go in person and speak with Jose, a team member, about the situation. He takes my information and informs me he will speak to his GM and that I need to speak to the GM as well, who is only there in the mornings but he doesn't know which days (probably can't give out his schedule). We'll I work a 8-5 m-f schedule too...so getting in touch with this GM has been soooo challenging.
So I was like that's a lot of work, I'll go through my bank. My bank needs a receipt of how much I was supposed to actually pay so they can give me the difference.
So I called them today (a week later) after not hearing from anyone there. I get one manager who passes me off to another guy who is also a manager who was infuriating. Sounds completely clueless and just tells me I have to talk to the GM, I have to bring in my bank statement showing the charge (Jose already saw that on the day I came in). So I just thanked him for trying, swore off their food and hung up.
So check your receipts before you leave! If I had done that none of this would be happening.
Also don't order the BBQ burger. That's what I got. Super gross.
My order: single BBQ crunch cheeseburger, born, no pickels with a red gatorade and fries. Yeah...prices are high but that's...
Read moreI went through the drive-thru when I visited this location. I knew from past experience that unlike other fast food places it takes a bit longer for Farmer Boys to propare their orders. I thought I was in luck when i saw there was one person ahead of me and they were not busy inside. I still expected a little bit of a wait time though and was completely understanding of it. I waited about 10 or so minutes for the person ahead of me be be through. Once I got to the window however my understanding got less and less. For almost 15 minutes I waited at the window, NO ONE bothered to get payment from me or open the window to acknowledge I was even there. I did see through the window though two employees both apparently having a really good conversation amongst themselves as they sloooowly restocked the reach dressing. Which I guess is a two person job! I stared in disbelief at them as they did their best to avoid looking at the drive-thru window for about 15 or so minutes before driving off. Clearly they they do not want business. I do not recommend this location since this is not the first time their wait time has been a tad extreme and their customer service has...
Read moreTravelers passing through town - you are thinking “hey, a local chain! Fun!” - let me regretfully recommend against. The management was doing a good job - service was good, and the restaurant was clean (and employees constantly circulating to clean) - but the food was NOT good, and it was expensive for what was received.
We had the BLT with guacamole, and a patty melt. The BLT was OK - mostly fairly good bread and good iceberg lettuce, with a small amount of tomato and of nothing-special bacon.
The patty melt was poor - a tiny, dramatically overcooked and leathery burger patty, marooned within its slices of bread, with melted cheese.
We tried the fried zucchini and onion ring sides. The zucchini was unusual - a medium-sized zucchini quartered lengthwise, then battered and fried. Good job frying these batons, and a tasty ranch dressing on the side. The onion rings were similarly comically oversized - layers of onion halves.
So three components out of four were… fine, and the patty melt was not fine, and the total was about $38 - far too much when In N Out can provide vastly tastier meals for about...
