My first time trying Dutch Bros & it did not disappoint. Iām a frequent Starbucks visitor & I think I might be switching over :) I paid $10 for 2 large drinks & a small smoothie, so the price is perfect & cheaper than SB. I had the pleasure of having Laurie take my order & she definitely played a huge role in my great experience. She was extremely friendly & informative on the different drinks & syrups. I will definitely be coming here from now on :) Thank you Laurie for making our first experience a great one!
Update 2/2/2023: I left this location about an hour ago (around 3:30 pm) & Iām still smiling ear to ear. From the girl who took my order, to the two gentlemen at the window, my experience today was nothing short of amazing. The conversation I had w/ the 3 employees in such little time was so nice. & to top it off, they wrote this really sweet message on my cup š„¹. I could literally cry. It truly is the small things in life. I recently beat Stage 4 Hodgkins Lymphoma & Iāve been having my days, as Iām trying to rebuild the life that Iāve created for myself. My experience at this location today really lifted my spirits. I hope the employees see this & KNOW they impacted me in ways they couldnāt even imagine. Thank you so much guys for making my day! Ā Ā Ā Read moreI am a regular customer to this specific location, Hook and Armagosa in Victorville, but i will no longer go there, i rather drive to The Bearvalley location than to get treated so rudely. To sit in my car & have to argue with a girl that was insinuating that i am a liar. Horrible service I went to treat my inlaws and i was so embarrassed . I asked the girl for her name and she said i dnt have to give you my name, and i said its just your name and she said i dnt feel safe telling you my name and she was literally hanging out of the window arguing with me after another girl had kindly attended me and told me i could keep a drink that they made a mistake on. I was shocked how she made it seem like she felt uncomfortable giving me her name so I can speak to her manager but yet she was hanging out of the window with her arms out and everything. Mind you i was calm and kind and polite. But i still got treated that way. She was so sloppy her hair was a mess she looked like she just rolled out of bed, was wearing overalls in a rust color hair in a bun. No structure what so ever!!! I cant believe corporate allows them to be so sloppy with their representation. š¤¦š½āāļø never again WORSE SERVICE EVER!!! They should teach them NOT to argue with...

Someone please explain to me when I got there, 5 minutes after placing the order, how I continued to wait an extra 20 minutes. For 2 small drinks. The employees kept looking at me like they were missing something. I went up to the counter twice for them to continue telling me they were āworking on itā. But when I went up to the counter AGAIN they pulled my drinks out of the fridge like they had already had them done for minutes. People were going up to the counter, ordering drinks in person and still received their drinks before I did. One lady even ordered 4 drinks and got them all before I got my mobile order. The girl well aware knew what I was there for, she knew what I was waiting for and still took 20 minutes to get 2 little drinks. I will not be coming back to this location. The one on Bear Valley at least knows how to do things quickly. And also, the matcha is disgusting. Tastes like watered down plain green tea like from a bag and they just added a little milk.
