Subway — Restaurant in Victorville

If I could give ZERO stars, I absolutely would. I've been in customer service for almost 20 years. When I walked into this establishment, there was only one couple in their finishing their meal. No one in line. I apparently approached the wrong side of the counter. The staff member asked me if I was there to order or pay. I explained that I had just walked in and I was there to order and she told me I was on the wrong side of the counter and walked back into the back room. After I walk to the correct side of the counter, she came out and asked how many sandwiches. I let her know that I would be needing 5 footlongs. She gave me a hard sigh, seemed extremely irritated with me, and said that she hated making large orders. I told her if she would like, I'd be more than happy to take my business elsewhere. She rolled her eyes and said rudely that it was fine. Almost each bread I asked for, they didn't have. Aside from her sparkling personality, let me go ahead and mention that more than half of her uncovered behind was hanging out of her black jean pants. Also, when she went to bag our sandwiches, she had to open a new box of bags. She took out one of the knives that she cut my sandwich with two slice through the tape on the box. Just tried to visit this location for the first time in almost two years, and it is the same story as before. Never going back again. Three times before I tried going here at my lunch break & they’re constantly out of key ingredients, are always out of any particular type of bread, and don’t carry any chips at all half the time you go aside from a bag of lays (2/3 of the bag being air). Going is a colossal waste of time. This most recent visit, I go in and they are out of two meats and they tell me it is going to take 20 minutes to slice two meats. I used to work at Jersey Mike’s, I have sliced meats, it takes a few minutes tops. Extremely inconvenient and fairly frustrating every time...

It was 8 in the evening on Thursday night and there were 3 other people in front of me with huge 10 plus sandwiches on an order I waited being I had 6 to order but... when it was my turn and I was ordering tuna literally they spread not even a cheese thickness of tuna and told me oh well were out its the end of the night. I was ashamed to bring this to my family for dinner but had to so essentially we ate cheese some lettuce plenty of tomato skimpy mayonnaise and literally smear of tuna.
