Terrible experience at this Dover NJ store # 4439. On Thursday, 9/29/2022 at 5:08 pm. I bought a fix a flat can and immediately noticed it was defective so I went back to the store to exchange it and the employee, ERIK G.! told me I couldn't get my money back or exchange. I asked him why and he stated that i had used the item therefore I could not get my money back or exchange, which was not actually the case. I did not use the item because again, it was defective so that I wanted just to get another can or a different brand name and he refused. I asked him for his supervisor and to my surprise, the supervisor didn't even talk to me or asked nothing. She proceeded without my permission to try to use the item on my car but complaining that the can was in fact defective but acted in a very rude, arrogant, disrespectful, and very unprofessional way. She just gave the can to Erik and went back to the store. Both employees were very rude and disrespectful. This is just a review but I am expecting my money back and I would use the last resource if necessary including, but not limited, to contact the Better Business Bureau for their lack of business skills and mistreat...

I had an issue with an online order for store pick up, placed through advanced online for car quest. I was told it could be returned anywhere, including advanced, because I ordered through them.
That was NOT the case. It resulted in me coming out of character, and arguing with the manager, basically acting like a āKarenā.
He still was very calm and patient with me, and still tried to offer me help with what he could.
After a few minutes, my mind clicked and realized I was out of character. I felt terrible for taking my frustration out on him, for something he didnāt even do.
I apologized, we managed to get through it and everything, but I just want to give them huge props for how they handled the situation, and being able to walk out of there both smiling and laughing, was nice. Def recommend him if you need help. He also trains his employees on proper...

Then I arrived around 8:30, another employee helped me order the part and reiterated that it would in fact be ready for pickup first thing in the morning on Saturday. Again I was feeling pleased with this. Then reality set in on Saturday. It turns out both employees were incorrect. The part was not going to be in until Monday. If I had known this I wouldn't have come into the store on Friday or Saturday. I will go out of my way to never visit this store again.
