Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Randolph Township

So I will start off by saying that apart from this visit I have not eaten in a Pizza Hut in probably 10+ years, so my memories of it were from 'the good ol days'. We went because my son loves the Pizza Hut Express personal pies they have at Target so I figured why not take the family out for the real thing .... How the mighty have fallen. We got the Chicken Hawaiian Stuffed Crust pizza. The taste of the pizza vaguely reminded me of Papa John's from my college days. The pizza was so utterly soggy that if you tried to pick it up, the slice just did a nose dive for the table, even if you tried to fold it! The stuffed crust ... god, I don't know what they stuff it with, but it sure isn't cheese, not anymore. A congealed cheese sauce maybe? So so so disappointed. The service was just about on par with the pizza. We sat down and the waiter said he would be right with us. After a (long) while I looked around and noticed that 4 other tables had been seated since then and they had already been greeted AND served drinks (some of the tables by the very same waiter). We finally order and it takes another good 10 mins just for the drinks to come out (3 sodas). Once the waiter brings the pizza over he finally notices we have no plates or silverware at our table and says he will go get some right away. We wait. And wait. At this point I have two hungry children screaming for food so I start to give them pizza on a paper towel. I look over and our waiter is busy bringing food to other tables now ... completely forgot about us and we are stuck with a pizza on the table and no good way to eat it. I finally go to the counter and request plates and silverware from another employee. That is basically where the disappointment began about the pizza itself as mentioned above. The ONLY reason I gave 2 stars instead of one was because once we got the pizza (and the plates) my kids liked the food, so that's something i guess. Personally, I wont be going back. If my kids want pizza hut that bad we'll grab the little personal pies they have at Target. At ~$20 for a pizza, I'll get a significantly better quality pizza and spend less by visiting my local pizzeria. PS - the bathrooms are an absolute...

I hate leaving bad reviews so keep that in mind..... (this hurts) We ordered online: 2 Lrg pizzas (1 sausage / 1 meatlovers) 1 ultimate cookie 4 20 oz. sodas The app said that the order would be ready to p/u in 13min (5:13pm). I was in no rush and was there 20min after the order was placed(5:33pm). It was setup as curbside p/u as they would bring it out to my truck once i got there, all i had to do was call and let them know I was waiting outside. I called "the store" 4x which was "customer service" to place orders so you arent talking to anyone in store. They said they would transfer me to inside the store, then the call disconnected. This happened 3x. I tried the other extensions and the same thing happened(a lady had walked in shortly after me expecting her order to be ready as LAURA had said it was ready, it was confirmed that there was no LAURA but she was prob a person from a call center). At this point, probably 5min had gone by no having to go inside the store. The inside of the store was PACKED which was an "uh oh" moment. At this point(540ish), my order wasnt ready and there was no indication of how long it was going to take to be ready. In my time waiting, a guy had come back bc he was given the wrong order, another sitting with me (there before me) was waiting an hour as they messed up his order the 1st time and again the 2nd time. The kid that was running the counter clearly didnt know how to handle that spot bc he was making errors that was causing the others to mix and mismatch orders based on him being yelled at. He then walked away and stood in the middle of the kitchen bc he had no idea what to do. I didnt get my food until 620ish and if it wasnt double checked bc of what I had witnessed, ut wouldve been wrong as well. I can say that the "call center / customer service" was DEFINATELY a factor in tonights issues. Now the other parts are questionable.... Is this location never this busy??? Is the staff undertrained for a busy rush??? Regardless, I dont think ill be rushing to pizza hut anytime soon. I cant even say if the food was good bc I was so irritated that i couldn't...

Came here tonight for dinner the employee Shawna was so rude I left my gatorade in a fireball shooter on the couch where you wait for your food at the fireball shooter was empty it fell out my pocket but my Gatorade Gadiri in it she threw it away he came outside while he was waiting for food and was real rude to me and cursed at me for no reason outside I went in there to talk to the manager in the manger just said that he thought that it wasn’t a lot of Gatorade in it so he threw it away which is fine it’s just that employee was really rude to me for no reason she told us we couldn’t eat inside because the dining room was closed which is fine she said sit down and just wait for food we went outside while we was waiting to get some air and she came out there and told me she threw away my Gatorade because I left it there I only left it there for two minutes while we going outside to get air while we wait for food and she came outside and was really really rude this is the worst experience I’ve ever had here she had a real big attitude for no reason said that it was all because of the fireball shooter but the fireball shooter was empty and I just fell out my pocket that’s why It was there She tried to say OK could’ve got a hold of it but it was a no kids around at all we’re the only...
