Dollar General — Local services in Vienna Charter Township

I am writing them as a 5, however I had a very comfortable experience a couple days ago. These were two employees I don't see in their very much at all. Let me see before I say anything else everybody else ever since the first day I walked into that store has been above and beyond kind helpful and respectful. I even bring my emotional support dog and and did they go to Great Lengths to help even ordering food that they were out of. As for my uncomfortable experience couple days ago I was in there I waited my turn in line paid for a friend's items as I'm helping her, then was ready to pay for mine, and also trying to figure out how to work these digital coupons. I was given no advice by the gentleman he didn't know anything about it, was not very nice either, and then stated I'm going to help the gentleman behind you. I did vocalize I didn't think that was there he did it anyway. I just had to say something this was just very rude when you're waiting to pay for your items somebody behind you shouldn't be rung up before you are no matter what ever! I will be nice this time and not say his name. But anybody that goes in there will probably know who I'm talking about. But please please please don't let this be a reflection of any of the other stuff there all the other ladies are just adorable I have reservations about giving them a big...

This place is very messy and cluttered. I have been to much cleaner and nicer dollar general store. I feel slightly trapped while walking down the aisles here. Even the registers are cluttered. The employees are pretty lazy also almost never a cart inside. I even had a cashier assume I paying with food stamps. Clearly it was later in the evening on a Sunday and I was wearing a bit more laid back clothing. Hoodie sweatpants etc. However I feel like the cashier was rude and assumed that I was paying for my items with food stamps because I had a child and wasn't dressed as nice at others. After waiting in line for 10 minutes, I was told I couldn't use my coupon. It was the $5 off from the receipt from the week before. I had tore it off the receipt about 15 minutes before I tried to check out. I'm not sure how it wasn't valid. The guy gave no reason. I have been in many times and had to deal with this guy. He seems crazy. I've seen him start talking to himself more than once. After he looked at me like I was doing something wrong for the coupon not working, I said forget it and moved my cart and walked out. I will not be back. The guy kept my coupon also.
