Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Vienna Charter Township

Posting this as a warning to the fortunate ones who haven't wasted their money here yet to stay away, here's why:

Only customer in the store and waited 5+ min to be helped. No problem though, she must be the only person working right now.

Purchased a Hot N Ready. The lady was nice in spite of being overwhelmed and having to do everything on her own.

Got to the car and it was immediately obvious the pizza was pulled too early and way under cooked. And as other reviewers have mentioned, nothing in the middle except raw dough, no toppings.

Brought the pizza back inside and tried explaining the problem but instead of listening she yelled out for Ryan. Well Ryan came trotting out from the back (so she wasn't alone, just left to juggle everything herself, poor lady). I showed Ryan the underside of the pizza and tried explaining to him it's under cooked and his only response was "It was just made, it's fresh". I finally told him that I didn't care when it was made, it's under cooked. Still his response was "It was just made, it's fresh". Finally I just had enough and said nevermind and started walking out and that's when he said he could make another if I wanted to wait at least 15 minutes..... I left.

In conclusion, if you've never been here, you're one of the lucky ones. But just don't take my review as gospel, read the many many others who are having the same experiences I had. And if you think corporate or the owners and managers really care they quality of products and services they're putting out, just read their responses to the reviews. Don't bother, there isn't any. They don't read them or respond so just do yourself a favor and grab dinner from one of the many other places that...

How upset & disappointed I am) we had a party for November 17 at 2:30 PM. I needed 15 pizzas an 5 breads with sauce… The unprofessionalism at this location & time is diabolical and uncalled for.. I spoke to the GM 24 hours before my order needed to be Picked up.. We got everything figured out, & everything squared away. He told me to call back the day of the party an hour before because needed to confirm the order!! (Sounds reasonable and understandable) its now the day of the party I called and spoke to a lady at around 130 to confirm( the manager), she proceeded to tell me as long as they are not slammed they will be on time… Being the person that I am, I have respect for the pizza hustle so I showed up 45 minutes late to make sure that all the pizzas were ready now being 3:15 (simple enough right!?) Wrong I get there and the lady that was running the shift Told me that the GM messed up when the order needed to be done even though I talked to her an hour prior to this Interaction.. so I Proceeded forward saying I needed the 15 pizzas and five breads for the party regardless of the mixup.. everyone in the store agreed that I was being rude and told me to take my business down to Mount Morris Square …. Tuhhh 150$ order and a 24 hour heads up ended up with NOTHING from this store. Hope i never see that manager in public !!!!!! They do not like making money here !! J take the Business elsewhere and save yourself a full helping...

I am not one to leave bad reviews, but they would get a zero star if that were an option. Little Caesars in Clio will never get our business again after two horrible experiences back to back. Extremely unprofessional and disorganized. The last time we placed an order, we were overcharged on our delivery. It took an hour on the phone to get that fixed, and when the food finally came- it was not prepared the way we asked and missing items. It took another hour and a half for them to bring the missing items. It would have been easier to have just driven there instead, and we probably should have. They gave us a $5 credit on our accounts towards our next purchase. I called today at 12:30 to order for another delivery. They told me the delivery guy isn’t there until 1:30 and to call back then. So, I call at 1:30 just to be told they don’t do deliveries until 3. I told them I had just called an hour prior and asked to call back, and their response was that the delivery guy wasn’t answering his phone and then hung up on me. Wow. :/ We have had their pizza before but had picked it up- apparently it makes a huge difference. I would encourage you not to use their delivery service, and if you pick it up check your stuff. Also check your card if you use one to make sure they don’t...
