The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. I went in on Friday because I had a note on my front door stating I had 3 packages waiting at the UPS store in Clio. I gave the young woman working there my name, and she came back with 2 packages. I told her the note had stated there were 3 packages. She yelled at me that someone must have made a mistake, because she did not have another package for me. Very irritating, but I took my 2 packages and went home. After checking my tracking information, the UPS website stated my package had arrived to the UPS store on Thursday and was in fact there. I waited until Monday in case there was some mistake, but the tracking info still stated it was at the store. So, tracking info in hand and the website open on my phone, I went back in on Monday afternoon. The same young woman was at the front desk, with two other women also working this time. I gave my name again and she could not find my package. She started to walk away from me, so I tried to explain to her that the UPS website said it was there and that it had arrived on Thursday. She then tried to tell me that it must have been sent back with the returns on Friday. So I asked her why a package that had just arrived on Thursday would have been sent with returns one day later. She started yelling at me that she didn't have my package. I asked her why she was yelling at me, which made her yell more. Thankfully at this point another woman working there came up to the desk and explained that packages that are not picked up within 2 weeks are sent back. I told her the package just arrived on Thursday and showed her the tracking info on my phone stating the package was there and had just arrived on Thursday. She simply asked my address and looked it up, and found my package for me within 60 seconds. Luckily some of the workers at this store are sane, otherwise I would still not have the package. I'm still not sure why the first worker resorted to making up stories about returned packages and yelling at the customer instead of asking for the address or tracking number. She should be fired if she cannot handle the simple task of typing in info and handing customers packages. She also did not have a mask on either time I was in the store, which is truly a huge insult to Healthcare workers...

Not leaving 5 stars though because I was informed today that the cost to print one black and white page if it is emailed over us $1.00 a page. These are shockingly high prices and not even close to what we've been paying. Sad to have to find a new local printing solution :(
Past Review: Before the change in ownership, I could email documents over the day before and pick them up the next day no problem. I've never had to call ahead as the staff regularly checked the email and if I sent it after hours, it was available the next day and already printed when I arrived. I always include detailed instructions for printing. The last several times doing this I have to ask them to check the email when I arrive and they have to do the printing then. I was told today that it was lucky it wasn't deleted since it was from yesterday.... although they never printed it.

   Read moreReturned several packages from Amazon along with one pair of New balance shoes. One Amazon package was sent to new balance, and the new balance shoes were sent to Amazon. New balance returned the package today stating no return could be processed due to items not being purchased from new balance (of course as it wasn’t the right item.) My shoes are lost. Ups says “there’s nothing we can do about it.” The receipt they give you with tracking numbers does not show anything in regards to what you returned nor is it stored in their system what was returned. Be wary of what you take in and let them package as you’ll just be told “sorry, nothing we can do about it” I’m now out $130.00!l for their mistake of wrong packaging.
