The Pine Run Inn — Restaurant in Vienna Charter Township

When we walked the place was packed, and we were the only people wearing a mask. Not a single waitress was wearing a mask. Below the table where the waitresses could put things, there was a bag of about 250 masks. We waited for 15 minutes then was seated. When I was walking to the table everyone at the bar gave me a dirty look. While we were ordering our food, I could feel the waitress breathing on me. My companion ordered an appetizer that we never ended up getting. She was scared to ask about it after a man at the bar asked when his food would be out and 2 waitresses yelled at him to “get out if he doesn’t like it” and “the doors right there”. After waiting for 1 hour and 15 minutes for our food, it was bland and was nothing to write home about. My companion ended up asking about the appetizer and we never got an apology. The gentlemen that was sitting next to us repeatedly hit his vape pen. Having lost someone to COVID, it is deeply upsetting to see so many not caring about the safety of others. Will not...

I’m trying to come up with one good thing to say... just one.

Not sure why people frequent this place. I usually try to stay away from places with bad food, bad service and bad attitudes. This place has all three!

Stood at the entrance for 10 minutes before being unwillingly approached by an unfriendly, dark haired lady who said she had “no idea” of how long the wait might be.

Ordered a fish special. Took well over an hour to receive our food. Another patron complained and was screamed at by a short, blond haired to “LEAVE IF YOU DONT LIKE IT”.

The cup of soup I ordered was never delivered. I was afraid to ask after witnessing other customer humiliated.

Entries finally arrived. Fish was terrible. Cold fries. Burger was mediocre. No refills offered on soda.

Wins the award for worst food after longest wait.

And not one mask worn by any employee and I overheard the dark haired, female employee with mullet style haircut saying masks were useless.

Not giving this a second try. Not a one...

The atmosphere is not for everyone for sure. It's very busy and everything is very crammed together and it is almost impossible to have a conversation with the people at your own table because it is very loud. But the food is absolutely amazing and the staff is great even if it's not your server they will stop and ask if you need refills. My one serious complaint is the women's bathroom. I feel like I'm doing the right thing it is very difficult to use and I don't know how larger people are even able to use the toilet. It is even incredibly small space that is not laid out very well. And it's not always really clean but I know that they keep a small staff and it gets very busy on weekends. I also want to add that the women's bathroom comes right out to the opening of the kitchen and it is just an uncomfortable...
