Nitro Sushi Food Truck — Local services in Viera

I'll be posting a thorough review here. I ordered myself delivery via UberEats app, and got the Lettuce Wrap platter and Korean BBQ wings. I'd never thought I would ever find a restaurant with so many cultural fusions to have an actual KBBQ lettuce wrap on their menu and I was sooooooo excited.

I'd like to kindly thank the owner for making this an actual item that I can order. The marinated steak was to die for! And I love the portions that were given! The only thing I wish is that there were more romaine lettuce leaves for how much of everything you're given but overall 10/10!

As for the KBBQ Wings, I'm in love with them and I do recommend for anyone looking for a good wing spot to go here. It's not easy to find a place that serves great Korean styled wings. I moved here from California where I had a go to KBBQ place that had the same type of wings, but Nitro made it better! Thank you for making my experience wonderful! 10/10

We tried Nitro for the first time on 2/13/25 and it exceeded our expectations and left us with no choice but to rave about it here. First, our server - Shyla- was so caring, attentive, and willing to go over and above what a typical server does. Ask for her if you go! Secondly, Chef was out helping deliver food, and was so warm and friendly, all the while cooking and leading a kitchen team to prepare some of the most unique, mouth-watering foods we have ever experienced! The appetizer we got was called Rangoon Flautas - it was the perfect combination of light, airy, crispy, creamy, savory, and sweet! You’ve never had a crab Rangoon dish quite like this one!

Our entrees and sides were just as delicious! They have so many unique approaches and everything feels like a wonderful combination of adventurous and comforting all at the same time!

What a great find!!! Literally a hole in the wall…. Gotta first find the Whiskey Row bar, get in, and then look for the sushi small counter!! Small menu which is awesome. We tried everything and it was right on the spot every time: fresh ingredients, great flavor, good spicy/sweet balance… the concept is also pretty cool, it is a true “burger” (bun is basically sticky rice is a seaweed leaf as bottom) and “nachos” sushi (but it is messy, so get ready haha)! No more boring/regular sushi’s LOL The headchef is always super nice and welcoming! The price is fair for the quality and amount of food! Can’t wait...
