Absolutely the worst service ever, do not go to this bar unless you want to be disrespected. We arrived as a group and right of the bat the female bartender was an absolute nightmare (who does not even OWN the bar). We brought in our service dog, who’s well-behaved and layed down in silence, and they started questioning his paperwork which we understand since it’s standard rules for the bar. We showed the paperwork that shows he is a service dog and the conversation should have ended there but she kept insisting on being rude and stirring up the conversation to other customers after the matter. If I feel disrespected, I’m going to stand up for myself and that was exactly what we did. She had no reason to speak to us the way she did, I have worked in the service industry and dealt with terrible people yet was able to remain calm and hold a respectable conversation with the CUSTOMER as a teenager like come on. We tried to see things from her perspective and remained respectful up until she continued to be a nightmare. We were allowed very nicely to enjoy our time with our service dog at Chilis and Walk-ONS, even our lovely furry baby was treated very nicely at these two establishments. We came to have a good time and enjoy a clean atmosphere but encountered the absolute opposite. I recommend you skip out on this bar and just head on over to Walk-ONS, they have beautiful and kind servers, games, and outside patio! If you want something more low key Tracy’s Lounge has a legit bar and amazing food. I’m not a trouble maker and I have a very clean record but In this time of day, I will not stand being disrespected as a women. My ancestors did not fight for this kind of treatment. Ps: The bartender was a female about 5’6 around 49-50 years old with brown hair, light eye color, and blue eyeshadow...

i have never had a bad experience at this bar. today was an awful experience. i walked in with 3/6 of my party and the female bartender instantly started disrespecting us because we are younger and 2/3 of the party was white, when the rest was not. i don’t know if it was racist against color or age. the rest of our party came in and they had a service animal. they asked for proof and we provided it. she then discriminated the dog and said he was lying. we moved passed that situation but the female bartender took it upon herself to then talk negatively to the other customer’s about us and continued to say the dog was joke. a dog that did nothing to disturb anyone or cause any disturbance at all. the male bartender was respectful and talked to us in a calm manner as a employee should talk to his customers. from the jump she was extremely rude and disrespectful and would not let the “issue” go even after the proof she wanted...
