Lilly Rose Café — Restaurant in Viera

Horrible customer service two young people who do not care about customers on their phone while we ordered. I ordered a smoothie and bagel with cream cheese. My friend ordered an açaí bowl. I told the young guy we were going to sit outside. He then tells my friend that he does not have the fruits for the açaí bowl she wanted which can happen fine. Then I hear them say the smoothie I ordered doesn’t even bring it out. The guy brings out the açaí but not the smoothie… okay. After we got the açaí bowl and the smoothie. I wait a few minutes and realize they must of forgotten my bagel. I went back inside to ask about it and the guy says oh I don’t think I rang you up for it. You’re kidding right ? You charged me 12 dollars and some change. Smoothie is $8 and bagel $3. Not that hard to do this easy math in your head. Oh right I did charge you for it. I finally get my bagel “with cream cheese”… a teaspoon of cream cheese half spread. Your kidding. I go back to ask for more and the lady who’s still on her phone doesn’t look up and disgustedly says it’ll be right out. Service is absolutely horrible and would not come back. Teach your employees to serve customers right. They act like they do not want to work...

We visited Lilly Rose for the first time today. We ordered an oat milk latte, avocado toast and the green goddess sandwich. The latte, which was ordered ahead of the food, was tasty and very pretty. Unfortunately, the rest of the visit was quite disappointing. After waiting 25 minutes for the lunch order, we were told that they had dropped an egg and could bring out half the avocado toast and the green goddess, but there would be a delay while they cooked the other egg. We chose to wait so we could dine together. 20 minutes later, our order was delivered. To my friend’s dismay, her green goddess order was tasteless and her fries cold. My avocado toast was beautiful with good flavor, but with one hot egg and one cold. There did not appear to be any senior level staff onsite to assist the employees who were clearly new and/or insufficiently trained. I really want to like and support this new cafe in our Suntree neighborhood and am hopeful improvements will be made in all areas to better serve...

Very nice and cozy shop. The young man that waited on us was kind.

Mom ordered a peach iced tea. I ordered the caffeinated boba tea. I did not like my tea. However, I never had boba tea before. Therefore, for the traditional boba tea drinker, I am sure that their teas are delicious.

The young man then made me a strawberry banana smoothie. If you like “completely healthy with no added sugar,” then the smoothie will be delicious to you. I am more used to a sweeter smoothie. It was okay. That is coming from someone that is more accustomed to sugary drinks.

Mom enjoyed her peach tea. She loved the flavor. It was a great size for the price.

We did not try the food or bakery.

Overall, if are super into healthy beverages and pure food, then this is your place to go!
