My son made reservations for my birthday on 4-13-24 for 8:45. When we got there they did not have the reservation and we had to wait for them to set up table. We had 5 plus baby. Their car seat holder was wobbly so we used an extra chair. The place was packed as there was an Eid party going on with party of 50plus. So itās already crazy loud and people were just everywhere. We had to wait about 20 minutes until waiter actually came and told us about what we get for the Korean bbq experience. Even after all that the meat had to be cooked came out after like another 20-30 min. It was raw so I really donāt know why it took that long. It looked like it was going to be fun, cooking your own meat and stuff. Butā¦ā¦ā¦. OMG the table right behind me had 3-4 kids that were just rambunctious and rude and loud running around like as if there were at home. The parents couldnāt even control them. We tried to wean that noise out and enjoy but it was not enjoyable at all. We kept telling the waiter and waitress if they can do something about it but they said they couldnāt. Most of the time we couldnāt really understand our waiter when he would say something. Language barrier. The food was ok, meaning not too many choices and it definitely was not enough meat for the price they were charging, but our grill plate was all burned up, so by the time they replaced it took another 20 min. The tilapia kept breaking up into pieces. For some reason our burner was not functioning properly. Anywhoot, the kids behind us got to running around again. And at this point, the huge Eid party goers got up and all their kids now came over in our direction and started the craziest ruckus At that point I wanted to complain but eventually called their phone from my cell while I was still at the table. Finally spoke to the mgr who said his name was Moiz. I told him every about the burner plate to the party with small kids right behind us and their running around like their at home and when they left the Eid party goers sent their kids close to our table and they were even louder due to such a big croud. Heās listening to them screaming and I told him the reason Iām talking on the phone with him was I didnāt want a mgr coming over to our table as if we were the only ones complaining. There was another couple that came to eat and the wife just kept nodding her head in disgust at all the commotion I totally get it, you canāt control the crowd but the least Moiz could have done was to come and talk to those kids parents. So while Iām still on the phone I told him how loud, rude and obnoxious these people were He says ā I canāt go and tell people how rude their kids are ā. I said I totally get it, but the least he could have done was to say ā hey maybe I can comp the bday boy dinner or maybe I can take some percentage off the bill. At that point we didnāt even feel like eating anymore Mind you we had a 5month old in his car seat and not a peep came out from him the entire time we were there So I payed the bill and we were ready to leave and thatās when they brought out a brownie with a candle on it. It was just one of the worst experiences IMO at a restaurant And Iāve been to hundreds of different places. Even at the end when we were walking out I told someone pls let the mgr know how bad an experience we had and the young guy said ā yea I am the mgr Moiz. ā Never did he apologize or try to make it right.
See the problem that desi restaurants have is that they have ZERO customer service skills
I bet if I was at an establishment of a different race, the first thing the mgr would have done was ā sir let me see what I can do to make this right for you. ā The bill was very high and did not reflect anything close to the level of service
Never again will I be going to Four Seasons No matter what Season it is , Will not go
They should change the name to Zero Seasons...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreVisited here for the first time this past weekend. I was on the hunt for a Zabiha Halal place that has food options beyond Middle Eastern or Desi. I brought my parents with me to try this place out, since they are strictly Zabiha only. Food - 4/5 on the food. We ordered the filet mignon, ribeye, steak medallions, garlic bread, creme brulee, raas malai, and chai. Steaks were great, flavorful and cooked correct. I was happy that they asked us how we wanted it cooked because not everyone wants a well done steak. The sides (mashed potatoes and fries) were great as well. The veggies however were pretty bland and definitely gave off frozen/steamed vibes. I wish they had done something more special with the veggies - add a little touch to them. The garlic bread was a miss imo, I would skip this all together. Overall, food was good and I would return to try more. Service - service was better than most other desi establishments. We were approached multiple times by multiple people. My recommendations for service would be for waiters to offer more insight on the menu items - what their recommendations are, etc. Also to ask if it's our first time, are we celebrating anything, etc. Make it special. And also would be nice to stick to one waiter throughout the meal, and more water refills please! Ambience - Straight 1/5 on ambience for me. There is nothing special about the space at all. It's a gigantic room with no partitions, no ambient lighting, no spots of interest, etc. This is not a good date night spot, or a bday dinner spot, etc because you will not be taking insta worthy pics in here. They have good food and good service, I hope they work on creating a better atmosphere inside and making the space feel and look more like an overall dining experience and not just a giant room that you enter to eat in. Would I go here again? Yes, with the caveat that I would go with my parents/people who eat Zabiha Halal. Their food (what we tried) was good, I thoroughly enjoyed my meal. The service was good and the staff was very nice and friendly. Would I go here with my friends or for special occasions personally? No, because I eat non-Z and there are some great restaurant options with good steak and killer...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe went in on a Thursday evening. There was only one other group of 3-4 people there sitting by the window. The entire restaurant was empty. When we walked in, we were greeted and asked if we wanted Korean BBQ or the regular menu. After we said we wanted regular we were directed to a table right next to the only other group there. When we asked if we could sit at another table (this table was got for four people & still very close to the other table which would still be easy for the server). The waitress said no because youāre only two people. We insisted as the restaurant was empty and we didnāt want to sit arms length from the only other diners at the restaurant. We were seated at the table for four and then we ordered. We ordered the BBQ platter, plain naan, and a Mango Sunrise mocktail. The waitress brought out a Mango Mojito and when we said we ordered the Mango Sunrise she said āNo. You ordered the Mojito.ā We said no. I remember distinctly ordering the Sunrise. Instead of admitting she misheard us she said thatās ok I will change it for you.
The Food: The only thing that had little taste was the chicken boti. The malai boti, the seekh kabob, and the tikka were dry and had no flavor. The Mango Sunrise was subpar as well. We just got the plain naan and they were dry. We didnāt want to pay the extra .40 cents per naan just to add butter to it.
There were two of us and our bill was $63.75. So we paid little over $30 for bland food and service that left a lot to be desired. Our tip reflected that. The only pro was that it was nice ambiance, but I will probably not...
