We found a great deal on a bedroom set and decided to place an order. Sales rep was very helpful and was able to get us approved for more than we were told. We finished the credit process and were told our furniture should be in by Tuesday (today) but they would call us if something should happen. Called yesterday to make sure we were still on track to receive our order and they said they have no way to track what is coming until it makes it to the store. We had a truck borrowed and were ready to pick up since we have not received a call today- only to find out that "our manager was a bit confused" and our order was never placed. No one bothered to call us today or communicate any issues to us. They said furniture should be in on Friday but we will see if...

I'm not happy at all. 10 months ago I purchased funiture from VR store! $2,700. I was sold funiture that was already on the floor. I asked the manager if he was going to order New funiture because that was damaged. He assured me he will be ording it. 2 weeks later my furniture was delivered. The guys that delivered it did a bad job of setting it up. After about 2+ hrs they left! After examining the funiture it was the furniture from the floor. The next day I went into the store to complain. Being workable but upset. I agreed that he come out to look at it. He came out called himself repairing the damage. 10 months later he retired and I still have damage furniture. Very disappointed client. I'm done with...

I first started my account in Carrollton Ga, later started going to the Villa Rica Store, yes the staff are nice but what I don’t like is when u have communicated with them if their is going to be a issue or late payment they call your references, it’s not like the account is over 30 days late, I do not like that I had to call the store to tell them do not call my references, and it was only 1 day after the due date I always now go to the Douglasville store, but when I get through paying off this account this time I’m never going to do any more business with this company they will ring your phone off the hook feel like u are...
