Watering Hole — Restaurant in Villa Rica

Where do I start with this poor service. Horrible phone etiquette. She answered the phone while she was apparently next to them. She hung up 4x’s because she couldn’t hear me instead of stepping away from the loud noise. We asked for Crispy wings and they were barely cooked and the Terriyaki wings, they poured a half of a bottle of terriyaki sauce which didn’t stick to the wings because the cook obviously did not know the recipe for having the sauce stock to the wings. When I called back up there to tell them about the poisonous Terriyaki wings the Manager said you looked at your order before you picked them up and then he hung up. So if you want disgusting food, rude service and a non customer service staff then go to this horrible place. My suggestion for them is to close your doors because your not doing this for your love of people. And with THEIR NON CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS YOU WONT be in business for 2020!!! Try the better wing spot in Villa Rica! #HorribleService...

Definitely needs updating. Very dark...I am a smoker but the ventilation is not very good. We are pool players so the tables could use some fresh felt we thought as well.. the staff is awesome and the new owner introduced himself to us very kindly. I look forward to seeing where he takes this place. I did order a basket of fries, seriously it was like the fryer basket full!! I feel bad I kind of wasted them but they were home fries...super tastey. I came to see a certain band, but apparently they were double booked or something...didnt really like the band that was playing, but the music after was good. It's a friendly place, just needs...

Nice place. Neighborhood bar, lots of regulars. Staff is friendly, place is very clean. It has a vibe kind of like a middle age redneck biker bar. To me that's not a bad thing. Ad for a bail bond company in the men's room. lol! I had eaten before going there and regret it. They have a large menu and the food I saw smelled and looked great. I will have to eat there sometime soon if I have time. Being a travel nurse working 12 hour nights my schedule makes if difficult. I used to be a chef and have eaten at places from AZ to Greece, so I am picky about my food. Just saying it smells and looks good is a big...
