Sienna Moon — Local services in Village of Pewaukee

There are no doubt some beautiful pieces at Sienna Moon hence the two stars. Normally, I’d rave about a store like this however my experience was far from stellar. There were two women during my visit that were amazing. They were friendly and very welcoming. A third woman, who seemed to be working there, was not as friendly. Immediately when I walked in, she started following my mother and I and would look at all the items we had just picked up to look at as if to make sure we weren’t stealing. At one point she asked if we found what we’re looking for and after my mother said we’re just looking but there are some beautiful pieces and she was impressed with the variety, the woman turned her back and kept checking the area we were just looking at. She didn’t even respond. This went on for literally the 30 minutes we were there. Whichever way we went, she went. It seemed to be geared more towards me as there were a few points where something caught my eye and I’d walk to a different part of the store and there she was, behind me. Mind you, I’m Hispanic. My mom is white. I couldn’t help but feel like that played a role in why this woman followed me through my entire shopping trip. I generally walk into a store with crystals and end up spending more than I planned and was excited to discover this store when I didn’t realize it existed. I did spend a sizable amount despite my experience, but will not be going back in the future. I have never had an experience like that and really...

Words cannot describe how happy I am that I walked into Sienna Moon today. This place is wonderful and so are the staff. They're very helpful and knowledgeable. The pieces I chose are beautiful with the most wonderful energy. I brought my bag home with all of my pieces wrapped nicely. My cat would NOT leave my bag alone. So I took out all of the pieces individually still wrapped in paper, and he would not leave the wrapped pendulum alone. So I unwrapped it and he was entranced by it. It definitely has a wonderful energy to it and I can't wait to use it. I took the pictures on a rainy day so indoor light just does not do the pieces justice. And the handmade necklace is to die for. Every time I walk into Sienna Moon I am greeted by the sweetest people ever! Grace & Michelle are just kind, amazing, and sweet souls! Whether I’m looking for a personal crystal recommendation or just coming in to see what catches my eye, I know I’ll leave with a one of a kind piece of art! Grace’s custom jewelry is phenomenal and her attention to detail is unmatched! I purchased a necklace from Sienna Moon and unfortunately broke the clasp after wearing it for awhile. I went in to the store and told Grace what happened and she told me to give it back to her so she could fix the necklace with a stronger clasp. She communicated with me when she was done and I was able to get my necklace back in no time!
