Very clean, modern, nice, new salon. The atmosphere is fine, nothing exceptional. I was really looking forward to using this salon for years to come, I LOVE the idea of having a nail salon, with hair salon in one. Then you also add on massage awesome!!

But the service I received was the worst service in over 20 years of having my hair done. My stylist said my hair was difficult and would take a few times to brighten it to the color I wanted. I have never had an issue in 20 years with requiring multiple sessions to get my hair highlighted to the color I wanted. Not to mention 30% of my highlight color was the color I wanted without an issue on one application. So I say thats a HUGE lie. I leave the salon with a simple hair blow out, no style, no straitening, nor curl.

I give the stylist another opportunity the correct what was not done the first time and this time 50% of itnis the correct color but I leave the salon with only a small section on the top of my head somewhat dry and the rest towel dry wet because I was taking too long.

I offer to give stylist another opportunity and the day before my appointment she cancels on me, refuses to reschedule, offers to recommend me to another salon "hello, if I wanted to go to another salon, I would have gone on my own time" And THEN says it is not fair that my hair takes so long to complete so it is only fair she start changing me by the hour at a rate of $100/hr...EXCUSE ME!!!!! UNBELIEVABLE

By the way I only asked for a simple foil bleach highlight on dirty blonde natural hair....UNBELIEVABLE, I AM...

I was here in May to get a full head highlight and spent around $250. The stylist was nice and everything was fine until I got home and realized the back of my shirt was stained with bleach. I went back to get reimbursed for it and the owner paid me $20. Now it’s been a couple months and I put the pants on I was wearing that day and I noticed a big stain on the back, come to find out my pants got stained by bleach as well. I understand MAYBE getting something on your shirt while getting your hair done but every piece of clothing I was wearing that day is pathetic. I went back and showed the owner and she was straight up rude. Saying it’s been a couple of months since then but it’s been summer and I haven't needed to wear pants… but now that I noticed it, I was upset. When I go to get my hair done and pay that much, I expect to not have the hairstylist stain every piece of clothing I had on. The owner tried to make me the bad guy, but when you go to school to learn to not do stuff like this, it shouldn’t...

No matter where you are from plan a trip to Richfield to visit this beautiful salon. I get my nails done there and have for the last five years. Everyone is so nice and always has a smile for you. I used to be a hairstylist so I am picky about where I go. Every client I see looks happy with the services they have received and their hair is top notch. As I mentioned before I get my nails done at this salon. The pedicures are incredible as well as my acrylic nail service I get every two weeks with Cindy. They have so many great polishes to choose from. I am lucky to have found this place and have it be 5 min...
