Chef Malaysia made us happy. We needed to work out details which others would not understand or give us time to discuss our needs. Malaysia cares, she made the time for our questions, but she also problem solved and offered solutions we needed. She definitely knows a lot, not just the basics, her expertise in cultures and tastes of the world is unique. Admittedly we were a challenge to deliver on, but she exceeded our expectations. Others asked, did we do this... "We partnered a relationship with Malaysia, she fixed all of this for us." Even after we miscommunicated what we wanted on another occasion, she was patient and made it work out for us. Her attention to presentation made us smile and nod at our get together every time. She would have made Tony Shalhoub's 'Monk' TV character impressed with her cleanliness, organization, and timeliness. You wanted to dine slowly on every bite, yeah that good. Especially during CoVid-19 we needed something special, something memorable during a stressful time, something which was our escape from CoVid-19. Cost for us? Very competitive, earlier in the year we had a very affordable staycation thanks to Fusion & Spice, she works with you to not cost so much that we could not do our next meetup, but also did social distancing so we stayed healthy. Chef Malaysia was an absolute joy to work during all the stages of planning and the execution of our 100+ pre-wedding reception.

Being from out of town, we were impressed by her bio, website and reasonable prices. We interviewed her by phone and were amazed by her creative flexibility on food options, great suggestions, and sensitivity to food requirements.

Meeting her in person there was no doubt we were in capable hands, from cementing the final menu and arranging setup and presentation.

We were absolutely ecstatic by her artistry in presentation, eye for detail and fresh quality food. She remained the entire evening delighting guests with smiles, conversations and all the questions about the hors d’oeuvre selections.

I'm doing a review because it needs to be done this chef is the BOMB. Its our second time we've used her and she made this thanksgiving everything I wanted it to be.
