I went here tonight because I was in a hurry and love little Cesar’s pizza. This place is on my way home and usually it is a quick in and out. However for some reason the guy working the front desk decided to follow “first come, first serve” practices, meaning he wasn’t going to serve me or anyone else until the people before me who ordered before me had their pizza. I understand Not taking someone else’s order if they are waiting for it, but I specifically asked what was ready so I could be in and out quick and not have to wait for a special order. I ordered one of the ready to go pizzas, then had to stand around for 15 minutes staring at my pizza in the warmer and not getting it. It was never explained if someone had claim on these “ready to go” pizzas, but as far as I knew these were ready, which is why I asked before ordering.
Eventually I had to tell the guy I was in a hurry and just wanted my order, then he grabbed it for me and I could leave. If he would have explained the ready pizzas were all spoken for and nothing was ready yet, it would have saved me some time. Otherwise if these were “ready to go” as I asked about - why do I have to wait just because someone before me ordered something...
Read moreWhile I usually enjoy Little Caesars because its decent pizza for the price I was extremely displeased. When I got my pizza it was undercooked. Some of the cheese wasn't fully melted yet. When I picked up a slice it ripped in half because of how undercooked and floppy it was it couldn't support its own weight. There was far to little sauce and cheese on the pizza leaving way too much crust. When I brought the pizza back (not 2 minutes later) the employee said that the pizza looked fine and gave me grief about getting a new one. When I finally did get a replacement it was decent. Still felt undercooked however it was acceptable this time. I am not someone who likes to complain or return food. I am very uncomfortable doing it and the attitude of the worker made things worse. I hope things improve here because it is the closest place for cheap pizza...
Read moreIf I could've given no stars I would have. Walked in and it took a couple minutes for someone to help me. There were absolutely no pizzas up front in the warmers. Ordered a lunch combo ("ready when you are" the ads promised...ha!) and was told that it would be a 15 minute wait....this was at 11:40am and there were three other people waiting before me. Only place to sit was a bench which had the carpets laying on top of it. 20 minutes later I finally got my pizza and was late getting back to work. There were only two people working and I couldn't even understand what the one at the register was saying because he mumbled so fast. The place is dirty and disgusting. One worker complained about a customer that had just left while I was...
