Was treated rudely from the moment my friend and I walked in stating we wanted to order Wedding flowers for 2 weeks out and were promptly told that Brides come in at least a month in advance to order flowers! We were given a book to look at to pick out flowers and to start with every flower I picked I was told had to be ordered in a lot so wouldn’t be available! I finally said can we just see what WOULD be available in order to not keep getting shot down! Our feeling was that we were not ordering a thousand dollars worth of flowers we were wasting her time! I also wanted the girls flowers different colors than the guys in which her nose turned up and she indicated that is not normal! Was told several times that my choices were not good! After finally getting a total and placing the order we were told that the store would Not be open on our date nor the day before due to Labor Day! Should had been told that prior! Then was told she would meet someone at the store the day of so we said 10 am which was on the order! The day off my sister went to pick up flowers at 10 and waited until 10:20 and no one there! I had attempted TWO orders before going with Krueger to send flowers to my grandmother for her birthday. BOTH other places sent me a text saying they could not fill my order. I went to Kruegers website as a third attempt. I’m from out of state and was really trying to send my grandma something special. After being frustrated with the other two, I cannot say enough about Krueger!!! The arrangement was STUNNING and exactly as pictured. Most websites show amazing arrangements and the actual is disappointing. NOT THE CASE HERE. They are beautiful, healthy and colorful. I've always had great service from Krueger Floral which is why I continue to use them for all of my local floral needs. Today, they went above and beyond and I need to tell everyone!

I ordered flowers for a patient in ICU. Krueger reached out to me to let me know the hospital ICU may not allow and I should verify. I contacted the hospital, who confirmed they don't allow flowers in the ICU patient rooms.

Most florists would have delivered regardless and as much as I love medical staff, I didn't want the flowers for the nurses station, which is where they would have been placed.

Upon confirmation to Krueger's, they promptly canceled my order.
