The droptank rewards give you points for shopping, every visit, not every inside the store visit, any visit!!!
To continue: I have always appreciated being able to use the drive up! Until August 26th 2021! I was TOLD in no uncertain terms that I am no longer allowed to use my drop tank rewards # at the drive up window! That I MUST walk in from now on to use my rewards #!!! Mind you I am totally disabled as far as walking goes!!! From this date forward I will no longer be a patron of this store, because of the rudeness of the store manager that refuses to let me use my rewards # there!!!(drive up window)!!!
I give this store a minus 50 in customer service!
I have worked in customer service my entire adult life! Since I was 16 years old! And I have never been treated as rudely as I was on this day!
I have appreciated all of the past managers, that treated me with respect, especially in my disabled condition, as hard as it has been for me toget in and out of my vehicle!

Read moreI am a student at VU and commute back and forth from home. I went in Fastbreak 6 around 8:45 pm on my way home one evening to get some food and gas. A middle aged blonde man with a mustache helped me at the food counter. I heard him mumble something, but wasn't paying much attention. After he said something else to get my attention, I said, "huh?", and he said, "Oh, nothing. I just like the way your shirt fits you.", and he looked me up and down. I immediately realized that what he mumbled was "mmm. That looks awful sexy". I instantly felt disgusted and couldn't wait to get out of there. No woman deserves to be sexually...
Read moreI get it, a till needs money or change but to have only one register open, multiple staff standing around and talking or playing around, and a line of customers that's very inconvenient and kind of unprofessional. It would be a wise decision to open another register with another staff and close the one until the till is restocked. It will help your clerk not be stressed out due to not being rushed and waiting customers and help your customer service. I would especially wait if at all possible until the after lunch rush to restock tills...just...
