Culver’s — Restaurant in Vincennes

I ordered three separate sandwiches. One of them was A single butter burger with lettuce, tomato, bacon, and mayo. The second sandwich was a mushroom and Swiss butter burger, double the third sandwich was a single with Swiss bacon, tomato, and mayo. The only sandwich that I got that was made correctly was the double cheeseburger with bacon, tomato, lettuce, and mayo the other two sandwiches were completely wrong even though the receipt was right and The employee taking the order.... I double checked with her while I was giving the order to make sure that she got it right because this happened the last two times that I went there ... and it happened again only one out of the three sandwiches was correct so I sat there and waited for someone to come back over. I let them know that the sandwiches were wrong. I showed them the sandwiches that were wrong that they did not match the sandwiches on the receipt, so they offered to remake the sandwiches that's fine ...but the problem is the sandwich that was correct Iis now cold and the concrete mixers are now liquid milk culvers way too expensive for this type of service . I spent $50 ! They should have remade the concrete mixers and the other sandwich as well as well as the pretzel bites , the cheese curds and the fries because everything is cold now, and the THREE concrete mixers are pure liquid milk. EDIT... I GOT HOME AFTER SPENDING A TOTAL OF 40 MINUTES IN THE DRIVE THROUGH ORDERING MY FOOD WAITING DOR THE FOOD ... WAITING LONGER FOR THE FOOD TO BE REMADE... FINALLY GOT HOME WITH MY COLD FRIES, cold pretzel bites, COLD CHEESE CURDS AND EXTREMELY MELTED CONCRETE MIXERS.... FINALLY ABOUT TO EAT AND MY SANDWICH HAD NO MEAT PATTYS AT ALL! Like WHATTTTTT? I have came here on three different occasions. The first time we had to wait 5 minutes to order and whenever we did the order taker was very rude. He just had one-word responses, didn’t ask if we needed any sauce or if we wanted to a food to be combos and then we had to wait 15 minutes for our order that had grease all over the bag. The second incident we got our order taken but we had to wait 5 minutes at the window to be paid out. Until a young girl came up and apologized and asked if we had been cashed out. We had not. At this point I’m over coming to Culver’s but I do enjoy the fresh food. Today I decided to give them another chance, we get there with no other customers in line and we waited 5 minutes until we chose to drive up to the window instead and was greeted with a very rude eye roll by the associate alyzah and was short and seemed annoyed when we pulled to the window. The taste of the food itself is okay, but every time we get any kind of sandwich from there, the bread is completely saturated with grease, the paper around the sandwich is completely saturated with grease, and because it is so soaked, it makes the paper stick to the cheese.. you end up losing half of your cheese because the paper won't come out! Also, my pretzel bites were supposed to come with a cup of cheese sauce for dipping them, but it did not.. plus I ordered an extra cup of cheese sauce for dipping my cheese curds in, I did not get that either! They sure as hell charged me for the cup of cheese sauce though! We got it as a curdside order, so we took it home with us to eat it.. I didn't bother complaining about it because we would have had to go back up there to get the cheese sauce, and we were already home trying to...
