Bad customer service experience with female employee. The girl, late 20s to early 30s, hard to tell, dyed hair and glasses, large girl, started to wait on me, but had to take a drive up order, and she said the guy next to her would have take my order, his service was good, got the food, she kept joking and telling him how much she LOVED HIM and would help him and she pulled her egg out of the oven she had cooking, which was unusual to see since I'd never seen an egg being cooked there. He was distracted by her talking and after I paid I said; "I enjoyed the entertainment." He laughed and while I was only 4 feet from him and her, he told her what I said; "He said he enjoyed the entertainment." Then she said to him; "Oh, who cares, he's weird." I was a little shocked wondering why she would say that unless she wasn't very good at her job and her customer service skills were just TERRIBLE!!! You NEVER say anything Negative about a customer and it was careless of her even if she was joking when I was still at the counter gathering my stuff. Makes me feel I'll wait until she moves to another job since Subway has a new crew every month as they can't keep employees. Bad customer...
Read moreOrder turkey titan.. no onion add avacado.. it came toasted:(.. while in toaster counter kid used spreading knife to clean rhe cold bar.. cut bits of food off the cold bar and then use that knife to flip it off the workspace.. then after my not supposed to be toasted comes out he runs to the back and comes back with unopened pouch of avacado and uses THAT KNIFE to open rhe avacado... so get my sandwiches 2 ft longs.... no mayo on the sandwiches.. some weird slimey teriyaki like stuff instead🤢 .. the sandwich was literally sliding out of the bread.. also somehow my turkey changed to chicken... amd while i was inspecting what i received.. black olives pop out... also NO MANAGER on duty?? They only work days... within the last 2 weeks went to subway 3x.. only one time was the sandwich right.. this places charges to much to be that careless with a food order much less whatever was going on with the kid and the spreading knife... yes that same knife was used to spread the avacado... very expensive and disgusting...
Read moreI ordered a combo meal through the app. I ordered a large Diet Coke in a Happy Gilmore cup that I paid an extra $1 for. I spent over 15 minutes in the drive through before giving up and going into the store. That is when I was told they only had Pepsi products and were out of the commemorative cups. When I asked for them to refund the combo charge and the extra $1, I was told they’d have to contact upper management in order to issue a refund. I have a 30 minute lunch break and I’d already used up over 20 minutes. No apologies, no offer to try to make it right. I even sent a message to the owner whose number is posted on the door and that has been ignored as well. I will never order from...
