Love the gym and employees. But when I cancelled my membership they required me to fill out paperwork, sign it, scan it, send it back in. Which seemed a little much for simply stopping my membership but oh well. What pissed me off is they then said they had to charge me for the next month since they needed 30 days notice…again a little ridiculous but whatever it’s in the fine print so I can’t complain…now for the reason I’m leaving this review, they literally just charged me again for this month. At this point it seems like getting out of this contract is going to be a nightmare. I guess I have to call my bank and stop the reoccurring payments that way. Read moreNew member here, and while I’ve been to a number of gyms I chose this one since it’s convenient and quiet. However, that’s not why I’m writing this review. I’m writing it because there was a flood inside of the gym - in the late hours of the night. The owners showed up in minutes to take care of the property; when most owners of chains may wait until morning - these two were in here GUNZ ABLAZIN’ and working on its resolution for longer than my 2 hour workout.
I appreciate seeing people take pride in their business and not letting things within their control get the best...
Read moreHad this gym for years and was fine until I wanted to cancel. Canceling a gym membership shouldn’t be hard. I had to fly back into town to cancel in person only to turn in my fob and not be given the form. I mailed the form in and it was “never received” and had to have a second form brought in. It couldn’t be emailed with my signature. Then You have to pay an extra month after because of “the system”. If you don’t want to pay the extra month they won’t cancel it and continue to charge you. Seems like a scam run around. Planet fitness will let you cancel...
