I have been faithfully coming to Mommy & Me boutique for over a year. Stacie has been helpful in every way in finding the perfect gift for my family and her communication skills and networking are exceptional which the quality and workmanship are pristinely presented.

There are multiple talented artists creating original customized gifts so that each are unique. And since they are hand crafted and personalized, no two people receive the same one. I had a dream catcher made that no one had ever seen before, it’s a show stopper!

I took my daughter into the shop and we walked out with a handful of one of a kind items that would never be found in this community just walking into a store. Stacie went above and beyond and located someone to hand knit a few customized Christmas stockings when someone else backed out at the last minute.

Stacie has saved the day on multiple occasions and custom wrapped everything for me. I was able to put an item on layaway and she always finds away to work with her customers.This shop definitely is a cut above and I’d rank it as an affordable Saks Fifth Avenue quality of goods with the intimacy of one on one personal service for premium products!

I recently had the pleasure of shopping at Mom &Me and had an experience that exceeded all my expectations. Not only did they offer a stunning collection of unique items, but their customer service truly stands out.After placing my order, I was eagerly anticipating its arrival. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, UPS delayed the delivery. I reached out to the boutique to inform them of the issue, and I was blown away by their response. Without hesitation, they promptly refunded my shipping costs and apologized for the inconvenience, even though the delay was entirely out of their control.Their swift and considerate action demonstrated a level of care and professionalism that is rare to find. It's clear that they value their customers and strive to provide the best possible shopping experience. I am incredibly impressed and grateful for their dedication to customer satisfaction.I highly recommend Mom & Me to anyone looking for beautiful products and exceptional service. They have very cute children’s clothing/toys and have better prices than other local children’s boutiques. The reason I’m giving 3 vs 5 stars is for the very rigid return policy. They only offer exchanges (no returns) within 7 days. I live 30 minutes from the store and wasn’t able to make it back until 14 days after to exchange two items that were the wrong size and was told there was nothing they could do since it had been over the 7 days. While I understand that small businesses can’t offer the same return policies as larger stores, the two items I wanted to exchange were in season and still being carried at the store (tags attached- of course) so I feel like not being flexible enough to let me switch them out for the next size up is a little extreme. Giving 3 stars because I do love their offerings and I don’t want to bash a small business but if you don’t live nearby/can’t bring your child in to try the clothes on and don’t think you’d be able to make it back within 7 days I’d...
