Very interesting mix of nice goods from Local Makers & Antiques & high-quality rummage. Furniture, clothing, accessories, jewelry, crystals for your windows, kid stuff, bird feeders, bird houses, Amish, honey, jams & jellies, man-cave & vintage stuff, & so very much more. Most of the pricing is very reasonable (every Vendor sets their own prices). Birds are beautiful & so fun to watch. This place is attached to the VIVA Arts Co-op Gallery; so if you aren't finding enough Artisan goods among the many fine Artist Vendors in the Public Market, check out the Co-op while you're here (& be sure to pop over to the Gallery La Crosse Artists Cooperative, just a half hour drive from this place). The only negative I can think of is that sometimes the Open hours listed on-line do not match their actual Open hours... however, they are very friendly on the phone & pretty quick to respond to Messages left on their Facebook Page, so just check the current hours before driving over there. This place,(& the nearby specialty shops in Viroqua) and the beautiful scenery of the area, make the drive over there...

Their commitment to delivering a positive retail experience shows. Well done, VPM. You are a feather in...
Read moreMy husband and I were married here! The Viroqua Public Market is a beautiful, unique, and lovely place. Our reception was held in what is now Rooted Spoon (also a lovely place) which is in the same building. Now that we've moved away from Viroqua, we try to stop by when we pass through Viroqua. The Marketplace is filled with many unique, reasonably priced items and the staff are friendly and accommodating. It's fun to just spend an hour looking at everything! Viroqua is lucky to have such a gem....
