5 Stars, should be more like 10 Stars!! Great selection as compared to the big box stores, but much better service, much better financing options and options to get a much longer warranty on product. Plus, who can't forget the delivery staff who will take very good care of not only the product they are delivering, but your home as well. Even took the time to pet the dogs! 3 years ago I had Rockweiler deliver a large refrigerator, front door needed to come off, permission was asked before doing so, and once the item was inside they installed the door and the delivery driver even lubed the pins, now you won't get that type of service from your big box stores. Leave something in better condition then what you found it in approach, I like that Idea! Our sales person, Jason, was very knowledgeable about the products and listed pros and cons of the features my wife was was looking at. I felt the no pressure sales approach was sincere and he would have done the samething for anyone else who visited the Viroqua location.

I've even purchased parts from them vs getting it online because they are very competitive to online prices as well. Plus, with them being local I can pay for product over the phone and send my teenage in to pick up the item and he has told me they were super friendly as well, even greeted him when he walked in.

Great to deal with for the sale. Installation is mixed they left the clothes washer Installation knowing the door didn't latch well. Not good on a front load. We are s good distance from viroqua so getting service has taken a long time. They didn't show for the first appointment dishwasher and the 2nd time the tech called said he was 20 minutes away then told me it wasn't worth him coming until we started using a rinse aid in the dishwasher. Why no one told usbthatc3 weeks ago is a question no one has answered.

We still don't have a plan for dealing with the door for the new clothes washer. I can get this service from a big box store. I hope rockweiler turns this around or we threw away a lot money on extended warranty on all the appliances we bought.

I just replaced my over the range microwave, gas range, and refrigerator. My review would have been higher, but there were 2 people doing the installation, and one was not careful at all. I thought it was just minor things, like a shoddy job of removing the plastic from the fridge and missing removing the blue tape. They had to remove the screen door arm and strike plate. I noticed before they left that the strike plate was backward. They came back and fixed it, and the guy said that the kid had used one of the white door screws instead of the silver for the strike plate. Again, it's not a big deal. However, instead of using the shorter screw to attach the arm to the door, they used the longer frame screw and drilled it...
