Banger Built Gym — Local services in Visalia

My son asked me to sign him up at In Shape now that he is 13 and could do the weights. He swims and wrestles. I stumbled into banger built looking for other possible gym options for him. First, you will be amazed by the conditioning of the staff and clients! Second, You would pay double the Banger Built prices at in shape, once the training and gym fees add up... for obviously lesser quality training as I have never seen a trainer at in shape any where close to the conditioning these guys are in... Third, they are kind, they know how to be compassionate and push at the same time that is a hard thing to do but they do it. So I signed up my son and he is happy, I know he is learning how to use the weights right and safely and always has guidance this is way better than turning them loose to figure things out at the gym putting time in and no result from bad reps, or giving up...or not doing the right weight for himself. I even signed myself up with a great lady PT Brandy to regain stamina after being on disability. Great place to join! Friendly people...

Was in town visiting family from Florida. My cousin asked if I wanted to crash his session. He texted Shane to ask that evening, next thing I knew I was at his gym at 6am. Great facility and just by looking and speaking to the trainers you'll see they are leagues above the average trainer you'll meet at an ordinary gym. They're very educated and practice what they preach. It was my first time back in the gym in over a year, Shane was very easy on me but pushed us as much as he should and you won't find that anywhere else. My legs are sore and I love it. Great place ! I have been going to Banger Built since June of last year. The positive energy and consist encouragement from all the trainers has kept me on track for my health and fitness. Sandy is my personal trainer she is extremely nice and always gives you a great workout and advice on nutrition. They also do a work out for anyone every Saturday which is a great way to come and try Banger Built out and see how they work. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get fit and better...
