I came here 1 time and it was so good so I am back today to get more the service was awesome I oder a combo then I was looking at the menu more and seen something way better so I went back and asked to change the oder and they where almost done so I told them it's OK and the owner said don't worry I will change it for you no problem and her was not going to change me for the upgrade combo I said it's OK I will pay the extra this are businesses we need to support I'm checked them out

I have gone to this place a handful of times & I’ve never had a bad experience. The food is always fresh & delicious & their customer service is excellent. I love the convenience of the drive-thru, especially when I am on my lunch break & need something quick. Today I had their chicken sandwich combo which is one of my favorites (no tomatoes) & their crinkle cut fries, SO GOOD. Thank you for always being a 10/10 Rainbow! ⭐️🌈

The food is so good here but, The boss needs to upgrade the speaker where u order food the girl can barely hear me out and the orders get confused cause she can't heard me well inside. is the boss duty. to adress this and not be cheap on improving the customer service.

I have gone to this place a handful of times & I’ve never had a bad experience. The food is always fresh & delicious & their customer service is excellent. Rainbow brings a certain "mom and pop" quality to a small spot in a forgotten area in town where you mainly go for auto repair or the DMV. If you didn't actually try to find this place you would just drive on by thinking it's some local spot nobody goes to. Well.. you'd be wrong. You'd best turn around, roll your window down and prepare to order one hell of a burger! Quiet recently though I haven't really gotten the "WOW!" Factor Rainbow is all about. The one in Farmersville seems to keep the quality the same, but the one here,"although I love going here when I crave a good ol fashioned burger" isn't delivering Everytime like I remember. The service has certainly gotten better, their was a time when it was lacking but they've since gotten rid of that staff member and the new one at the window is such a sweetheart. The guy running the place is awesome! So friendly and helpful and he makes sure you're having a good experience. I'm not taking this off my "go to" list at all! Just giving a heads up to remember that they're still human and you might not get the 110% burger you may have gotten a day...

I have gone to their location in Farmersville for a very long time and I never had a complaint. Their location in Visalia, however, could use some improvement. First off, they need to check their staff. There's nothing more unpleasant than a rude cashier girl taking your order. Also, the taste is just not the same as their location in Farmersville.
